I called on the off chance that someone would be able to help as i had put a nail through a pipe. 2 hours later a young gentleman arrived and swiftly resolved the problem. He then tidied the area he was working in which i was surprised at as he’s the first tradesman who has done this. Highly recommend these guys.

I've use Simon Barker a few times now and find them dependible, friendly and resonably priced. They will always try to find a cost effective, but safe way around all those problems associated with plumbing and heating and provide good advice in my opinion.

We had problems with our boiler constantly failing. A technician from Simon Barker came to repair the problem efficiently. He showed us the broken part and fitted the new part. The technician returned a week later as we wanted the boiler serviced as we had recently moved into the property. This was also done efficiently. We have since contracted Simon to completely refurbish our bathroom as a result of the good service received.

Always turns up when booked (in the event of unforeseen circumstances they always let you know) never, ever do unnecessary stuff. Excellent service always.

What a fantastic and efficient service from start to finish! I urgently required my main bathroom and ensuite to have modifications made at short notice to allow them to be fit-for-purpose; to enable me to continue to care for my wife at home. My main priority was to have a new bath to accommodate a bath chair and make both floors easy to clean and slip resistant to reduce chances of slips and falls. This required a new toilet and sink in the ensuite so that they fitted up to the back wall and accidents can be cleaned up with ease. To enable all this work to be done, I had to put my wife into a care home and this limited the time frame for the work to be carried out. This did not prove to be a problem as extra manpower was allocated to enable a normal 5-day job to be completed in 4-days. I found Harry and his team extremely professional, courteous and friendly who clearly respected my property and belongings throughout the process. They did their level best to minimise dust spreading outside of the work areas and constantly cleaned up after themselves. They were also there first thing in the morning ready to start work and did not stop until the end of the working day. The majority of the work was completed within the 4-days to enable my wife to come home, with just a little bit of finishing touches completed on the 5th day. I am so very happy with the finished product that is practical for our circumstances without looking like a NHS wetroom! Thank you very much
