He successfully found and turned off our external stopcock, which was not easy to find. Simon was polite, honest, reliable, efficient and highly skilled. His work was good value for money and we would not hesitate to contact him again if we had any plumbing work to be done.

Simon installed a new kitchen tap and replaced a toilet flush for us. He did all the work quickly and efficiently to a high standard, just as quoted. We are really happy with the work and would certainly have him do future plumbing jobs for us. Highly recommended.

Simon came on the back of multiple plumbers, all of which had left us disappointed. He was our last attempt to find someone reputable. He is efficient, trustworthy and does a very good job. I observed him as he worked and it was clear he is happy to do what he can to do the job without cutting corners. He isn’t prohibitively expensive either.

Simon first plumbing job for me was in June 2023, and after that he attended some others, last being yesterday. Simon is a very honest and reliable professional who kept me informed and would arrive when promised. Very easy on communication, he explains clearly what needs to be done and what he would do. He keeps an open minded also on whatever suggestion you might offer and always looks for the most sensible solution. In the last job he was called to fix a leaking toilet cistern which he attended and fixed, but after few days the leakage returned. After a phone conversation and me sending him a video of what the problem could have been now, he returned at his earliest possible (after a couple of days) and addressed the issue with no extra charge. I recommend his services.

I'm really glad I found Simon on Which? Trusted Traders. I needed to have a defective kitchen tap replaced and contacted a few recommended plumbers in my area. Simon responded quickly to my email, explaining his charges and the likely cost of the work. We arranged for it to be done a few days later, and Simon arrived at the time he said he would. He also completed the work within the time he'd estimated, despite running into an unexpected problem that he resolved very well. His charges are very reasonable, and he's responsive and helpful. I'll certainly call on his services whenever I need a plumber in the future.

Turned up found the problem was a blocked rubber tube, joining two copper pipes. So needed to get a part. Booked back in for two days later but rung back the same day saying if we wanted him back sooner he had managed to get the part quicker than anticipated so could come back that day. Got the new part fitted, which was better than before as now just one single piece. Done a great job, only charged for an hour combining both visits into one, plus the cost of the part. All in all very nice man and very good service.
