From the first visit to the showroom, through the design, quotes, agreement, and management of all the trades and works throughout, Thomas and Christina have been great communicators. Their established trade teams were all professional and courteous, and any snags were rectified quickly and efficiently, with no nasty surprises on the price. We are happy to recommend Simple Kitchens to anyone requiring a new or refurbished kitchen.

Agreeable, reliable, thorough, and the estimates at the beginning were realistic. If we had two kitchens, would ask them to renovate the second one too!

Very happy with the end product of our kitchen. There were a few bumps along the way with scheduling and design but after working through those with Thomas and Christina, we feel we have a quality product to enjoy for years to come.

After dithering for a couple of years, I took the plunge and had my kitchen totally refurbished by Simple Kitchens of Thame. My only regret is not having done this sooner. From the initial visit by Thomas to measure up and ongoing guidance and advice on design and appliances from Christina, the whole process was seamless and I am delighted with the result. The kitchen was installed by a small team, each member skilled in their particular trade who were always punctual and pleasant. The project was completed to time and to my entire satisfaction

Life changing! Yes, a tad dramatic but oh so true; Thank you to the careful design based on Christina and Thomas listening to our needs. We have a beautiful, usable space with loads of storage and the ability to share food with friends and family. In a relatively small house this new design has made the heart of the house appear much larger - Tardis like. Every member of the team that worked on our home (without expectation) made us feel like our project was important and the level of workmanship was outstanding. Any (inevitable) snags were resolved quickly with no fuss. Because the project is managed to allow the space for each trade to work, it takes a little longer than some may expect, but the wait is truly worth it. Simple Kitchens even provided a temporary mini oven / hob to use in our temporary kitchen (spare room) while the work was carried out. It's been a fantastic experience, really life changing. After becoming disheartened by the service from a certain large high screet supplier, we looked around for a smaller supplier for our new kitchen and I'm very glad we found Thomas and Cristina. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, but also made very useful suggestions for changes and things we hadn't considered. After hearing horror stories from friends about fitters used by larger companies, it was a pleasure to have the kitchen fitted by Simple's team, who all knew what they were doing and got it done when they said they would. The end result has been a really great kitchen with as little stress as possible. Highly recommended!

We cannot speak too highly of Simple Kitchens, who have a lovely range of products, and a depth of knowledge and expertise that means they deliver to the highest standards. Having worked with us to produce our kitchen design, Christina and Thomas were so patient when our plans for a new kitchen extension were delayed by Covid, and then the builder’s schedule meant Simple couldn’t do the fitting, so we were prepared for problems, but there were none. Jason came to brief the builder’s fitter in person, everything was meticulously labelled and planned, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Simple stayed with us every step of the way, until the kitchen was completely finished, and were the epitome of helpful professionalism. The kitchen was completed early this year, and after months of use we are still delighted, and would not hesitate to recommend Simple Kitchens in every respect.

Simple Kitchens gave us excellent personalised attention from the initial planning discussions through to the installation of the kitchen. They project managed all trades and provided us with details of timings and kept us updated throughout. All the trades used were top quality as were the kitchen installers and the final kitchen. We would recommend them to anyone. We had a slight issue due to their door supplier but again kept us updated throughout the process.

We asked Simple Kitchens to take on a complete renewal of our kitchen. This involved stripping everything back to the plaster (in some cases the brickwork) complete re-wiring and re-plumbing. The planning process was remarkably painless. Simple Kitchens worked with us through a series of ideas and refinements, producing a final result that was much better than our original ideas and has turned out to be wonderful in practice. The implementation and installation was equally smooth. Simple Kitchens co-ordinated all the trades required. Everyone turned up on time, worked to schedule and made astonishingly little mess given the scope and nature of the work. And last but not least, the price and time estimates were extremely accurate and we never had any worries about budget overruns.

This is a very professional firm from start to finish. I could not have chosen better. I had a fair idea of what I wanted, but with help from Thomas and Christina, we formed the perfect plan. There was plenty of time to make changes before the final order for units was made. No hasty decisions. My old kitchen was out in one day, and then the kitchen was prepared. Everyone, the electrician, the plumber, the plasterer, the fitter and the painter were efficient and very pleasant. If there was anything I needed to know, to check, I was able to contact Thomas or Christine with a quick phone call. They always informed me who was coming each day and what time they would arrive. There was an offer of a small oven hob to borrow during this time. I am beyond thrilled with the result. I cannot speak more highly of this company. The above says it all! Thank you.

From the time we spent in the showroom choosing and modifying our design, to the initial plans and then to the actual work itself we were so impressed. At every stage of my kitchen installation Simple Kitchens have carefully monitored the process from planning, through fitting to finishing. The quality of materials, expertise and experiece of the fitter and tradespeople has been excellent. The kitchen has been designed to support easy access to all the appliances and units. Thomas, Christina and the team did a fantastic job in designing, managing and delivering our replacement kitchen. The kitchen was delivered on time and within the planned budget. All the tradesmen involved were highly professional and delivered what was expected of them. They were always positive and willing to adapt where required. Simple Kitchens designed and installed our kitchen. We are really pleased with the finished product, and the way in which both Thomas and Christina worked with us made the whole process so easy. We did not really know what we wanted so they came up with a number of great designs to help us choose. During the project they worked collaboratively with our builders to give us a great finished product but it also ensured the whole project proceeded smoothly. Both Thomas and Christina were highly attentive and Thomas closely monitored all the onsite work. They were also clear on price, kept to the quote given and there were no hidden extras. We are so pleased with our great kitchen and would like to thank Thomas and Christina. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thomas and Christina (Simple Kitchens Thame) could not have been more professional or friendly when they installed my new kitchen in 2018. It was not an easy project as they had to remove all the old units. However this was done with the minimum amount of mess, although I made sure I was away for most of this!! On my return they were putting in the new units and appliances and cannot praise them enough as disruption was kept to a minimum. Their fitters, electricians and plumbers were all great and liaised with me at every stage.
