We had a consultation with Thomas from Simple Kitchens, who listened very attentively to our requirements & desires to have a new kitchen designed & installed. This was fed back to Christina who designs the layout of the kitchen & also provides the quotation showing the breakdown of the costs . We requested slight alterations to the design a few times & Christina was more than happy to do this. We were sent the plans via email & a hard copy was sent to us too. We were very impressed by Thomas's professionalism as a skilled project manager from our initial contact with him, and throughout the whole process. We met all the members of the team before the work commenced. There was evidence of good team work amongst the various skilled workers. Each discipline had their merits of interpersonal skills. They were all helpful, approachable, accommodating, easy to communicate with, and mindful of the impact they had on the household. They also adhered to the deadlines they gave. We were given a small portable cooker with hob to use whilst the kitchen was out of action which was wonderful for our busy family. During the construction process I unfortunately became unwell. Thomas's team were very considerate and worked around me in a caring, respectful manner. The most important aspect of our experience with Simple Kitchens, was that we only had to communicate with one person ? which was Thomas. He was honest and there were no hidden costs. We know we used the best kitchen company and the end result was that we had a FABULOUS kitchen to use. We would unreservedly recommend Simple Kitchens.

Design, supply and fitting of a complete kitchen

A new kitchen was fitted with hand painted units, a central island and new electrical equipment. We were completely satisfied with the standard of work, time frame and professionalism of the team. Simple Kitchens team were patient, helpful and polite.

Simple Kitchens designed, manufactured and fitted a new kitchen for a new space in our house (following demolition of internal walls). The standard of Simple Kitchens' work is excellent. Their interaction with us as customers was second to none. Thomas and Christina are so personable, and they invested quality time in getting us to the design we felt really happy with. This is so important when you are making a considerable investment in your home. Crucially, unlike many other kitchen designers, Simple Kitchens do not demand a deposit prior to providing CADs (I think we went through 5 versions, mainly because we couldn't decide on the colour!). They ran to budget, and more or less to schedule - I think we had a few days' delay, but that was mainly due to the paint on the cabinetry taking a little longer to dry. Communication throughout was excellent. We were living away from home during the renovations. Simple Kitchens kindly received and stored an appliance for us when it became logistically tricky to arrange delivery to the house. I can't imagine many companies would go that extra mile. We discovered Simple Kitchens through a ringing endorsement from family friends. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them - a great experience from start to finish.

Our very old kitchen was taken out and refurbished. It involved providing a new design according to our requirements, re-plastering the walls and the ceiling, minor plumbing work to relocate the sink and dishwasher, new LED down lights and strip lights underneath the top cupboards, supply and fitting of new cupboards, supply and fitting of built-in appliances, some tricky boxing-in of an existing boiler, a new radiator, a couple of new shelves and a small breakfast bar. From the very first meeting we knew we wanted Simple Kitchens to do the work. We felt confident that whatever came up would be resolved to satisfaction and indeed it has been. Overall an excellent service was provided and the work was completed to a very high standard. The layout works beautifully, it is a complete transformation.

Simple Kitchens designed and fitted a new kitchen for us in 2016. From our first meeting, they took on board our myriad of design ideas and incorporated them into a stunning design. They were fantastic when we made changes to the design and nothing was a problem for them, even when faced with last minute alterations due to building work issues. The fitting was superb - exemplary workmanship down to the last detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a complete refit of a kitchen done. They took out the old kitchen and lifted the flooring and then completely refitted the new kitchen units, cooker, dishwasher, hob and sink.

We were very pleased with Christina's design and Thomas overall management of our Kitchen Installation. All phases from design, project plan, installation and supervision went well. The work carried out by Simple Kitchens team of specialists tradesmen was of a very high standard displaying technical competence and pride in their work.

We used Thomas to fit a new Kitchen for us. They were a few small remedial bits, but they've now been completed. Happy to recommend them.

The quality was outstanding. Thomas is very meticulous and runs a good tight project. Christina is a great kitchen designer and extremely careful so everything is done right.

They fitted a kitchen and utlity room for us last summer. We're very happy with the work and can have no complaints at all.
