Appalling customer service - ghosting / time wasting
I’m disappointed to have to leave this feedback, as I have used Sines previously multiple times, and have always been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship of their jobs. However, their customer service appears to have gone downhill as of late. I tried to book a boiler service with them. Whilst they initially came back with a price list of different options promptly, they then went quiet when I asked questions about which would be suitable. A few weeks later, I chased by phone and had lengthy and bizarre conversation with Sarah, who seemed to claim my account details with them were locked and they couldn’t book anything at this stage. She also suggested that I research whether my boiler manufacturer allowed service by non-accredited engineer - you would think that the company knows which boiler manufacturers they can or cannot service. Sarah said that she would follow up and see what the issue with the account was and get back to me, and in the meantime asked me to send over details of the boiler. I did so, however to this day, several months later, I am still yet to hear anything from them. In the end I gave up and used another company who did an excellent job with no fuss. I’m at a loss to explain what happened here - if they were too busy to take on a job for me they could have just said so, and I’d have thought no less of them. Instead, I believe their behaviour is incredibly rude, and will not use them again.

Darren is very knowledgeable and cares to details. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed on the same day. Prompt response as always and provide very professional service to local community! I use Sines for boiler maintenance on annual basis. Highly recommended!

We had a replacement boiler, but on arrival it quickly turned into something more complex, with various other things needing dealing with. The fitter, Martyn, was nothing short of brilliant. He explained very patiently what needed doing and why. He and the team were polite and conscientious throughout and thoroughly professional. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they left everything exactly as they found it. Martyn very reassuringly went through all the required safety checks with me at the end. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sines were beyond amazing! Steve saved my family and I from a potentially lethal gas leak. It was a very scary situation but we were safe in Steve’s hands. We had some previous work done that wasn’t up to standard, Steve and his team did an amazing job fixing all of the errors. I cannot sing their praises enough. Their care, attention to detail and workmanship is impeccable. They don’t cut corners but make sure everything is perfect before they leave a job. Steve and Co we cannot thank you enough! Highly recommended.

My friend recommended Sines company to me. Sarah provided outstanding customer service with good communication before and after the work is done. Steve provided detailed assessment with valuable advice of how to improve the energy efficiency. Sean and his team replaced my gas boiler and all radiators with power flush within 2 days. Despite being very busy, Sines were able to quickly respond to diagnose and then resolve our fairly catastrophic boiler issues. The service was fantastic throughout, starting with the ladies in the office through to the guys who came to do the installation. Martin and Henry were brilliantly efficient, continually checking in to make sure we were happy with what they were doing, explaining everything, and the reasoning behind the work they recommended. Regular visits from Steve to check progress, and he was thankfully on hand to fix a last minute near-disaster (which was NOT of their making). All in all I genuinely couldn't have wished for better service and a better outcome. Oh, and I think they left the house cleaner than it was when they started! Thank you to all at Sines!

Good experience from start to finish. Steve Sines came promptly to our aid when our old boiler was failing, giving us the latest advice and information about relevant gas regulations and providing a full written quote for a new (and relocated) boiler. Then Martyn & Henry were on site every day on time and were very good at explaining the works being undertaken, giving us clear information and options. They were polite and friendly throughout and left us everyday having cleaned up thoroughly any area they were working in. We are very pleased with the works and the installation.

Warm air heating replacement to conventional wet system

I cannot recommend this company enough, it's the best company I have ever traded with so far and I wasn't complaining before. Anyway, some facts. The system proposed to me was very good quality so they did not cut the cost for a better deal. I suggested some changes, had a few questions and I never felt that I am trouble maker or anything of that sort, actually opposite meaning that I felt that it is ok to ask and ok to make changes. The job was done great, the house was clean (probably better than before the work), and the system works perfectly. I am very happy that I chose Sines to do this project.

Steve's team were excellent. We needed our old warm air heating system replaced with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. All staff were extremely good, kept us informed throughout the installation. Were very tidy at the end of each day & even managed to complete the work a day quicker than expected. Martin, Nathan & Lloyd, the installers, were excellent whilst Sarah in the office kept us updated of progress from initial quote through to completion. Will certainly be having our annual service with Sines. Highly recommended.
