Stephen did a great job fixing our leaking Velux. Great communication, prompt service and a very professional job.

Steve replaced the gutter on our extension/conservatory. The installing company went bust and the parts now needing repair had been made to fit the installation. A previous attempt to repair had not looked good and had also broken. Steve has replaced the gutter in a matter of hours and it looks as though it is the original guttering. When he came to give me a free quote, we discussed what I needed to be done on equal terms (being a woman, I cannot say this is always the case!) He has been easily contactable and quick to reply, very professional and experienced, and gave me a lot of confidence in his work before the work, which has been confirmed by seeing the result.

We've had a few roof leaks in recent years, and it's been hard to find a reliable and knowledgeable roofer to sort things out. Steve ticked both these boxes - he was able to identify the problem when others couldn't, fixed it promptly and to a high standard, and explained everything he did along the way. A nice guy, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
