We have used Small Bones for years. But I'm going to tell you about our most recent experience... We took our car for a full service - our car was also in limp mode (where the revs wouldn't go over 3000rpm) From the start my wife felt confident that the understanding and knowledge of the family business was second to none. Our car had a full service and the relevant filters changed (the suspected cause of limp mode was a filter being clogged). When we got our car back it was even washed too! :-) Needless to say it was fixed in a day and at a extremely reasonable price. We also received a courtesy call a few days later to see how it was. I can't recommend this garage enough. I also just dropped my car in there too, to have a battery issue looked at.

The two brothers Vince and Martin at Smallbone and Son in Selly Oak provide what has to be the most comfortable, secure and trustworthy used car sales experience I have encountered. They are a shining palpable beacon in a usually fraught area of car purchasing. Every part of the procedure was covered including V5 exchange , taxing the vehicle and just going the extra mile in making sure the whole process was calm, secure and dare I say it enjoyable. They fully deserve the Which Trusted Status that they have attained.

A very big thank you to all the team at Smallbone and Son for working a cross between major surgery and a miracle to get my old motor safe and roadworthy for hopefully another year. I love my shiny new wing mirrors! Thank you so much for managing to complete all the repair work needed given how busy you must be at this time of the year. A fantastic job very well done. I would definitely recommend Martin and his lovely team - 5 star service as always.

I use Smallbone & son for my MOT's. Most recently for my brakes and a leak at the back of my car. They investigated and fixed the problem. They are a family run business. I found them to be reliable and trustworthy. They have a great community spirit.
