Absolutely faultless service. We recently moved in to a new property and Snug & Chill were there within a couple of hours when we discovered a leak. When we realised the boiler was not working they immediately made it their priority to help us get the heating working asap and worked many hours in the cold and dark (boiler is outside!) until the job was finished.

We hadn't had our Air Conditioning serviced for some time. Snug & Chill send two men who quickly and efficiently serviced the four Air Con units in our offices. The job was done well and on time. I would recommend them

Called on Thursday to book my annual boiler service and had a technician at my house first thing the next morning! He was friendly, polite, and took his time to do a thorough job. Really impressed with the quick turnaround and quality service — will definitely use them again!

From start to finish, Levi and his team looked after our boiler and plumbing system. When we were purchasing our house, Levi came round and looked at everything for us first. He gave us an accurate list of problems and a suggested list of solutions. He gave us a price which did not change from start to finish. I needed my air conditioning unit serviced. It needs to be done annually but I had been unable to contact the firm who installed it. I contacted Snug & Chill and made a booking. I am very happy with the service and all the arrangements made prior to the visit.

Our very old boiler in a rented flat we owned, failed. Levi of Snug and Chill, who had repaired it some years before, diagnosed that this time it was irreparable. It was urgent that a replacement be fitted ASAP as the weather was extremely cold and our tenant was very uncomfortable. Snug and Chill, immediately rescheduled their other work, removed the defective old style boiler and all its associated header tanks, hot water tank and associated pipework and installed the new combination boiler within 2 days. Then flushed out the radiators, fitting new valves. All the work done neatly, tidily and professionally. We and the tenant are absolutely delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Snug and Chill for this type of work.

This was the first time that I needed to call an engineer to repair a fault on my boiler from this company. Levi, the engineer was prompt, extremely friendly and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then swiftly collected the parts that were needed and fitted it immediately. I could not be happier with the level of service that Levi delivered.
