From the moment I spoke with the engineer I felt a feeling of calmness and even though it was late in the day his willingness to come out there and then was a big relief. He understood the situation, was flexible to my needs and carried out a repair to a gas leak, quickly, cleanly and with courtesy. I strongly recomend Snug and Chill they give a fantastic service. I will definitely use them again.

Snug and Chill installed three air con units for me this time last year. They were lovely to deal with and the AC units have worked wonderfully since then. Snug and Chill reminded me that they needed their annual service a few weeks ago and I booked them in. They came in time, within the time slot I was given, and worked efficiently. They even called the manufacturer to ask a question about the machine that they couldn't answer! They were again lovely to deal with. I would strongly recommend them!

I was very Bally with the professional job that Levi completed on my entire hearing system which is now working really well. Levi was reliable and hard working and on call for any issues that we had. We now have a warm house and a constant supply of hot water. Really happy with this work and would definitely use Levi again.
