I needed my air conditioning unit serviced. It needs to be done annually but I had been unable to contact the firm who installed it. I contacted Snug & Chill and made a booking. I am very happy with the service and all the arrangements made prior to the visit.

Our very old boiler in a rented flat we owned, failed. Levi of Snug and Chill, who had repaired it some years before, diagnosed that this time it was irreparable. It was urgent that a replacement be fitted ASAP as the weather was extremely cold and our tenant was very uncomfortable. Snug and Chill, immediately rescheduled their other work, removed the defective old style boiler and all its associated header tanks, hot water tank and associated pipework and installed the new combination boiler within 2 days. Then flushed out the radiators, fitting new valves. All the work done neatly, tidily and professionally. We and the tenant are absolutely delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Snug and Chill for this type of work.

This was the first time that I needed to call an engineer to repair a fault on my boiler from this company. Levi, the engineer was prompt, extremely friendly and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then swiftly collected the parts that were needed and fitted it immediately. I could not be happier with the level of service that Levi delivered. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend Snug & Chill anyone.

I have used this firm over a few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. My first contact was when the boiler did not work and displayed an error code. I was extremely impressed that Levi asked details and instructed me on how to solve the problem on the phone for no charge rather than coming out with a call out charge. I have since used them to fix a toilet, service my boiler, fix leaking taps etc. I am impressed by Levi's knowledge , a professional engineer with detailed knowledge , I have never seen a gas engineer open and clean a boiler the way he did.You can tell from his explanations that he understands his field. He also has a detailed understanding of how others in the industry practice, he gives information about this without slurring others and he has always been accurate. For the last job I had to call him as emergency when our water tank leaked, not only did he attend quickly and acted to minimise damage but found a replacement quickly and moved other jobs to accomodate me. All his team and polite and a pleasure to deal with and care about their customer. When you find an excellent professional hold on to them!

I can't recommend Snug and Chill highly enough! I have been using them to service my boiler for several years. When my boiler recently broke down, they went above and beyond — cancelling a non-urgent job to fit me in urgently. It turned out I needed a whole new boiler, and their team was absolutely superb. Over a day and a half, they completely redid the system, replaced pipework, swapped out other worn parts, and left everything working perfectly. The service was excellent throughout — fantastic communication, true professionalism, and real value for money. It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

Levi and his team came next day to fix our boiler. We would recommend. Very efficient service.we would use again.

had problems with under floor heating called snug and chill Mr Levi came when he said he would went through the system,fixed the fault and explained that underfloor heating is very different than radiators and very patiently showed me how to use the system
