Hello and welcome to Soak Bathrooms, Rotherham. Since we opened our site in Rotherham 2008 we have dealt with many customers from the Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Chesterfield areas and in recent years good word of mouth reviews have meant customers travelling from as far as Basingstoke to see us!
We are not an average bathroom business at all…. Our products are of a very high standard and because we are a family run business our skills and experience are very extensive, this is due to a high retention of staff and constant development of skills.
One of the main skills we have developed are personal skills and technical skills. Asking the right questions and knowing our products performance and capabilities is something which serves us very well in making sure customers are not only happy, but that they actually recommend us to their friends and families.

The company completed a full refurbishment of my main bathroom and my ground floor WC. The service I received was exemplary. Mike in the showroom was helpful, friendly and informative throughout and the project was underway on the date we agreed and ran to budget. The installation was completed by Sean and Harrison. They were polite and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. My property was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and I am delighted with both of the rooms which they have upgraded for me.

Ben, Harrison, with the assistance of their colleagues, were very polite and communicated effectively as the work progressed. Although the original scheduled dates could not be met because the material supplier let Soak down, the revised dates were met and the team arrived on time every morning. Mike was patient and helpful during the design stage and was receptive to changes I requested. The Installation Team made sure everything was to my satisfaction prior to completing each stage. They left everything tidy at the end of each day and hoovered up too. I would recommend Soak Bathrooms to anyone wanting a quality job.

A first class service from all the team at Soak Bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike in the showroom, he was patient, not pushy in anyway and really helpful on helping us decide what would work best. Everything was delivered and fitted in the time frame specified. Sean,Finn and Harrison did a fantastic job on ripping out the old bathroom and fitting the new one. At the end of each day Sean gave us a full explanation on the work completed and what was planned for the next day. The fitting team left everything spotless at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend the Soak team.

Our experience of SOAK bathrooms has been excellent at all stages. From Mike and his Dad's obvious expertise and protect knowledge to Sean and his team's professional and high quality installation. All appointments made were kept, we were kept informed at all stages of the renovation and when the installation team arrived they were courteous, tidy and Sean gave us a summary of each day's work so that we could appreciate how the renovation was progressing. Even after the shower room was installed and there was a product issue Mike immediately ordered a new part and will arrange a date for installation when it arrives. I have complete confidence in SOAK and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a 5star bathroom. Thanks again to everyone at SOAK

Had the full bathroom refitted and can’t fault Soak, they were excellent throughout. In the showroom, Mike was friendly, helpful and informative, with none of the pushiness experienced elsewhere. He offered advice on design and options that might work best in the space. Sean and team on the install side were superb - always on time, tidy, respectful and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the result, highly recommend.

This was a great experience up to the time that the radiator was fitted, at the end of the job, when the radiator was taken out of the box it was found to have a dent in it. we were told that another had been ordered and that it would be fitted as soon as possible. We are not aware of any delays in getting the new radiator delivered to Soak but it was 9 working days before it was eventually fitted, and it felt like we were doing a lot of the chasing to get the work done. We felt well supported during the choosing of the bathroom and the fitters were excellent, they always arrived on time and worked well keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible and with as little disruption as possible. We would recommend this company.

We had Soak to fit a new bathroom for us in February of this year. They were excellent. From our initial contact with Mike right through to the job completion with Sean and Harrison everything went very smoothly. Mike helped with the planning and pointed out things to consider when making choices and kept us informed of what was happening and when. Sean, Harrison , Ben and Frankie were punctual, clean and tidy in their work and thoroughly professional at all times , when we had a minor issue after the work was completed Sean and Harrison sorted it out straightaway, well done. We are very happy with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending Soak and would definitely have them back in the future.

When we first visited the showroom we were impressed by the large selection of bathrooms on show. Mike gave us useful advice, and was happy to revise our order after we had a new combi boiler fitted, which meant we no longer had to have an electric shower. The work was started and finished on time. Ben and Frankie were very professional, completed the work to a high standard, always tidied up and respected our property. They also give helpful suggestions. We are very happy with the finished result.

As promised soak arrived at our property on the agreed date and started to work installing our new bathroom.They took 2 weeks from start to finish and at all times they were professional,hardworking and extremely clean and tidy.The bathroom has gone beyond our expectations and looks absolutely amazing and team Ben,Frankie,Sean & Harrison all worked very hard to make our dream come true.I would recommend soak to anyone who is thinking of updating their bathroom as I am sure that this is the best company who we have had the pleasure of working with.
