As promised soak arrived at our property on the agreed date and started to work installing our new bathroom.They took 2 weeks from start to finish and at all times they were professional,hardworking and extremely clean and tidy.The bathroom has gone beyond our expectations and looks absolutely amazing and team Ben,Frankie,Sean & Harrison all worked very hard to make our dream come true.I would recommend soak to anyone who is thinking of updating their bathroom as I am sure that this is the best company who we have had the pleasure of working with.

Wow! what a fantastic job from start to finish. This job has been on our to do list for a couple of years and the thought of the planning and the mess kept putting us off. From the moment we popped in the Rotherham showroom and met Mike, we were blown away. Mike spent a couple of hours with us one Saturday morning where he patiently gave us options and advice on both our rooms to be renovated. Mike helped choose all our furniture, fittings, walling and flooring with lots of valuable advice but was never pushy. Mike listened to us and understood our vision and worked very well with us to make our new bathroom and en-suite become reality. Ben and Frankie arrived promptly each day and were professional, friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgable and took extreme care around our home. They made sure our carpets and flooring were protected and treat our home respectfully at all times. They kept us informed of each step along the way and always left each day leaving no mess, always doing a sweep-up and clean down before they left for the day. It never felt like strangers were in our home and pretty sure they felt welcomed by us, with bacon and sausage sandwiches, biscuits, teas and coffees to keep them going. Completed the job to a high standard within the time scales given. Would highly recommended and will be definitely having them back to do our downstairs w.c project in the very near future.

My first dealings with Soak were 14 years ago when they installed my bathroom. They did a first-class job, and it has stood the test of time. It’s because of the service and quality they provide I have just had my bathroom re configured by them and a new one installed. Both these experiences were first rate from initially walking into their showroom to the finished product. Their non-pushy approach and care for the customer is king philosophy made me a repeat customer. The initial conversation and consultation was with Mike (the current shop manager) This is truly a family business, as first time around I dealt with Mikes dad Kevin. Mike was patient, courteous and he knew the products and his business, he gave choices and made sure I was happy with mine. I was given a fitting date and to expect the team around 8-30 of the first morning. True to their word Mike and his team arrived on time and I was introduced to Ben and Frankie who were the bathroom fitters. These guys were amazing. I was consulted at every stage of the process. They always had good advice and I trusted their knowledge and expertise. Ben was very clear with his work plans on what he hoped to achieve every day. They worked extremely hard facing any challenges and finding a solution that works for the customer. They worked clean and tidily and made sure everything was put away and cleaned down before leaving each day. The quality of the products used and the finished bathroom looks amazing.

Complete bathroom refit, Mike was great in the showroom for sales and planning etc. Installation team were Shaun and Harrison great lads, always turned up on time, kept things clean etc, and kept us informed of everything that was happening along the way. Having decided that our 30-year-old bathroom needed modernising and making more accessible, we did a considerable amount of research and obtained quotations from several firms. We decided to go with Soak Bathrooms because their price was extremely competitive and because Mike spent a lot of time ensuring he understood our requirements and giving us advice based on his experience. We had no difficulty in agreeing on the specific work to be done and the materials to be used. We were given an installation date, which was honoured. Soak Installations (Ben and Frankie) worked extremely hard and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took care to explain each step of the process and were happy to answer any questions we had. Ben and Frankie were a joy to have in the house and always left things neat and tidy. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. We have no doubts that our new bathroom will prove to be an excellent investment and that we will have years of use out of it.

The team from Soak did a wonderful job refitting my old bathroom. When I visited the showroom I got excellent guidance regarding the design. The refitting team always arrived on time, were clear about what they were going to do each day, and any minor alterations were clearly explained and agreed with me. At the end of each day the work areas were left clean and tidy. The aftercare and guarantee was explained, instructions for the new items was also demonstrated. The budget was adhered to. All the people I came into contact with were very friendly and polite, Ben and Frankie did a great job to a high standard. I now have a lovely new bathroom.

Soak recently replaced our old bathroom with a beautiful new one. Shaun and Harrison arrived each day promptly and were so friendly and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept us informed of everything as they went. Shaun’s attention to detail is amazing and we are really happy with the finished work. We had a new bathroom designed supplied and fitted and from the first day the service was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and exceptional from start to finish. The work was all done timely and professionally with no hidden costs and all were kept within our budget. Thank you, Mike, Ben, Frankie and Shaun we are very pleased with the end product simply perfection.

We've had Soak in now to fit 2 bathrooms and both times they have provided the very highest standards of customer service. You book an appointment to go through what you want with the salesman (Mike). He then comes around and measures up. Next, you're back in the showrooms he walks you through the design, showing you each item, in the showroom and making sure that you know what you're getting. When the date rolls around, there may be a delay in starting (first bathroom, the previous job overran, this time, we had bad snow, so it was difficult to get in), but they are excellent at keeping you informed of any delays and changes. The fitters don't mess around. They turn up at a sensible time (normally 8:30am) and normally finish about 4:00pm, but keep you informed of what's happening. They lay down something to protect the floor and always tidy up at the end of the day (that's a basic clean, not spotless). Every day they take you through what has been done and what tomorrow's plan is. Absolute top-quality communication. We did have a problem with some of the items not quite being able to fit. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they arranged a refund for those parts. Somehow they even came in cheaper than the estimate, which was nice. There are often extra costs for unexpected things (like fixing damaged plaster). You are warned about these when you book, and they keep you informed as they occur. Generally very happy with the service.

Ben and Frankie were consummate professionals when transforming our outdated bathroom-at times replacing pipework and cupboards that were 120 years old. Our house was immaculately kept throughout this process. The communication was exceptional and we were informed every step of the way from Mike in the showroom until the completion. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service and polite, professional workers.

We had a complete bathroom refit and 3 radiators replaced. The quality of the fittings was excellent. Ben and the team who fitted the bathroom were polite and tidy and did a most amazing job in our very old barn which can have a few problems. I cannot thank them enough. We were sceptical about having a bathroom fitted so near to Christmas-we needn't have been. We were kept informed and they stayed on our job and finished on time. None of this running off to do other jobs. I cannot rate them highly enough. We will use them again and we can highly recommend. TOP JOB.

Just a thank you really to Kevin and his team for a small but awkward job that was really well done. Our shower tray ( hemmed in by floor tiles and also wall panels) was cracked and leaking. Kevin and his team worked out a plan and did a really good professional job, everything was done on time according to plan and cleaned up afterwards. I could not be more pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Soak.

Ben and Frankie just completed a two-week transformation of our very outdated 34-year-old bathroom. Their work is second to none. The whole experience, from our first visit to the showroom to meet Mike, to the finish today was exceptional. We have been kept informed every step of the way and consulted on the positioning of various items to ensure they fit our needs. The quality of the products is excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

Bathroom was gutted - wall tiles, flooring tiles, ceiling artex replaced. Toilet, wash basin and bath taken out. Excellent protection to landing and stairs carpet by laying special covering. Skip ordered and used. Workmanship was first class, they knew what they were doing. The job took a week and the team worked very hard and were punctual on each day. What a difference this has made and absolutely no regrets having it done with such consideration. Well done.

Soak stocks a range of quality bathroom products from trusted suppliers. A personalised service is given by a knowledgeable professional with regard to choices. Once decided the job is planned and costed in detail with three stepped payments: on ordering, on delivery & on completion. Soak's own fitters carry out the work with a promise that once started they won't leave a job unfinished. Our design was complicated in that the position of all the items was altered from previously, necessitating new pipework. Some walls and flooring had to be re-boarded. The work was carried out cleanly and any problems encountered were sorted without fuss. All staff were polite and helpful and it was a pleasure to host them. Soak's ethos, taking responsibility for the complete job, has made our experience totally pleasurable. We enjoyed excellent customer service throughout. We highly recommend them.

Shaun and Harrison did a great job installing my new bathroom. They were polite, efficient and tidy. Scheduled for 5 days they finished in 3 and a half. Mike,in the showroom, was a pleasure to deal with showing us the different products with no sales pressure at all. Everything was arranged and the fitters arrived on time. Shaun and Harrison, the fitting team, arrived and put down covers and plastic to keep the place clean. They were very professional, polite, and worked 8.30 to 5 each day. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They easily sorted unforeseen problems with no fuss at all.We are delighted with our new bathroom. I really can't praise these guys enough. We've just had a bathroom fitted and will definitely be going back to them for the other bathroom. When we booked a review, he came out, measured up and then took us (later) round the showroom, talking about the various options that were suitable for us. While he always offered advice and pointed out possible issues, the decision was always with us. A good example is the shower units, where he explained what was different between the 3 qualities and made the prices differences very clear, but left the decision entirely to us. Once we'd picked everything, he drew up plans and walked us through them (taking us round the showroom pointing out which items we'd selected for each element). We were then provided with a fully itemised list of what was being fitted and an estimate of the fitting costs and some ideas of what might cause the estimate to be too low (e.g. we needed to re-boarding done, but were warned this this is commonly required). We were given an estimated date and kept informed of whether we were going to start on that date or not. As it happened, they started a day later than planned, but no issues. The guys who did the fitting were brilliant. They turned up at 8:30 each day and kept at it (no sloping off at 3pm). They laid down mats, etc to keep dirt down and cleaned up each night before they left and explained what had been done that day. Friendly, professional and clearly very competent. 100% recommend them.

My old bathroom was looking tired. The toilet wasn't always flushing correctly. Decided to have a completely new one. I wanted someone who could supply everything and install to a high standard, but not cost an arm & a leg. I had passed Soak Bathrooms many times over the years, so checked out the website. I worked on the theory if they were still in business after many years and were getting good reviews this would be my first port of call. I didn't go anywhere else. Mike was excellent, helped us decide want we wanted, my husband & I had different ideas. His design was just want we needed. I can't praise Ben and the installation team enough. A high standard of craftsmanship. I cannot find anything which isn't spot on. Every night everywhere was left clean & tidy, always a good sign of a professional approach to the task in hand.

The whole process from design, choice of materials and installation was faultless. I changed from a conventional bathroom to an electric shower (for environmental reasons) and to allow for greater accessibility. The existing walls, floor and ceiling were clad in paneling/vinyl tiles so no more decorating or tile cleaning. The sink and toilet were also renewed. The installation, carried out over 7 days, was as near to perfection as you could wish for. (Wonderful matching of the tile effect paneling.) The installation was carried out by Ben and Frankie- very friendly and respectful. This is my second week of use and I'm very happy with the layout designed by Mike.
