Soak Bathrooms Rotherham

My old bathroom was looking tired. The toilet wasn't always flushing correctly. Decided to have a completely new one. I wanted someone who could supply everything and install to a high standard, but not cost an arm & a leg. I had passed Soak Bathrooms many times over the years, so checked out the website. I worked on the theory if they were still in business after many years and were getting good reviews this would be my first port of call. I didn't go anywhere else. Mike was excellent, helped us decide want we wanted, my husband & I had different ideas. His design was just want we needed. I can't praise Ben and the installation team enough. A high standard of craftsmanship. I cannot find anything which isn't spot on. Every night everywhere was left clean & tidy, always a good sign of a professional approach to the task in hand.

The whole process from design, choice of materials and installation was faultless. I changed from a conventional bathroom to an electric shower (for environmental reasons) and to allow for greater accessibility. The existing walls, floor and ceiling were clad in paneling/vinyl tiles so no more decorating or tile cleaning. The sink and toilet were also renewed. The installation, carried out over 7 days, was as near to perfection as you could wish for. (Wonderful matching of the tile effect paneling.) The installation was carried out by Ben and Frankie- very friendly and respectful. This is my second week of use and I'm very happy with the layout designed by Mike.

Second time of using Soak because of the first class job they did on our downstairs bathroom a few years ago. Big thanks to Mike for the design ideas in an awkwardly shaped bathroom and a massive thanks for the expert workmanship by Ben on both jobs and Ben and Frankie on this one. Very professional. Excellent customer service from Mike. He always greeted us with a smile and was so helpful and patient and gave us the best advice in choosing our new bathroom.We had a complete makeover with a fantastic walk in shower.The work started with the removal of the old bathroom suite and tiles. This was done by Ben and Franky. What an amazing job they made in keeping the dirt down and cleaning up at all times. Always friendly and very polite and they did a professional and excellent job fitting our new bathroom . Everything from start to finish was to a very high standard . From our first visit to the showroom and discussing our options with Mike to the installation by Sean, Frankie and Harrison we were very impressed. Mike listened to what we wanted, advised us, but never pressured us. Everything was talked through before and during the installation. Even during the installation they listened to us and nothing was too much trouble. Sean and team made minimum mess but cleaned up after themselves every day. The standard of the products they offer, the service they provide and the quality of workmanship is very high. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From visiting the showroom and discussing my bathroom options with Mike to the installation team Ben, Harrison & Feankie the whole installation was first class. The equipment and skip were delivered on schedule and the installation team were on site for 7 days. Everything was explained as the work progressed and the team cleaned up after each day and were so polite with nothing too much trouble. Having had many renovations of the house I can highly recommend SOAK to anyone considering a bathroom makeover.

A thoroughly professional project from start to finish. Great attention to detail at each stage of the work from design to completion of installation on schedule. An extremely thorough and reliable team who kept us updated with progress and always left the house tidy at the end of each day. Workmanship to the highest standard by a very hardworking and likeable team who we would unreservedly recommend.

We had a full bathroom refit. The bath was removed and was replaced by a shower enclosure, the washbasin was repositioned. Excellent planning by Mike in the showroom. Sean and his team made a fabulous job of the refit. They kept us updated throughout the installation. We can’t express how happy we are with the result! It was lovely to be dealt with by such polite, professional and clean people. We feel that we have got good value for money and would highly recommend them.

We first used Soak Bathrooms 11 years ago when we had a full bathroom rip out & refit, they did an amazing job in a small space removing the bath and replacing with a lovely large shower. Recently had problem with our loo so went to see Mike at the Showroom who got everything sorted for us, today Sean + 2 other young men came and fitted it for us and has done an excellent job, also cleaned up the bit of mess made, they were all polite and very professional as is Mike at the showroom, the price was good too, I would have no hesitation in recommending Soak for all your bathroom needs, Thank you Soak 👍

This is the second time we have used Soak Bathrooms , last time was I’ve 13 years ago, we needed the bathroom redesigned so we had a shower cubicle fitted and reposition of the toilet, also removal and refitting of sink unit and storage cupboard. New wall panelling and flooring. The fitters Sean and Harrison were very professional and friendly and their work was done to a very high standard. They kept us informed during the installation and always told us what time they would arrive. They always made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. Thanks to them both. Trevor Armstrong.

Wanted to get rid of our corner bath for years as shower was over it and it was becoming more difficult to climb in and out. We decided to go to a smaller firm to help their economy. It took quite a few months from ordering the shower unit to having it fitted but that was due to the times we live in and not the company's fault. Sean and Harrison arrived at 8.30 prompt and were getting on really well but had to stop when the base was found to have a hairline crack in it, not their fault. They subsequently came back a couple of days later and once again were proceeding really well but then found a dint in the frame, once again not their fault. It took a little longer than originally anticipated to get the work finished but I cannot fault the lads at all. They were clean and tidy, polite and hard working. I love my new shower unit and wish the lads well, a big thank you to all concerned. Would highly recommend Soak to anyone, very satisfied and happy.

We had our en-suite completely re-fitted and the service was very professional from start to finish. Everything was carried out to the exact specifications and the results are just what I was hoping for. Sean and Harrison were not just good fitters but also patient with our dogs who wanted to get involved! Great job.

We wanted to upgrade our bathroom but keep a couple of existing features. There was never any pressure or sales pitch to get us to change our minds. There was a vast choice of products. Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge were able to support us with choices and suggestions. Completely reliable - always did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. Did a great job with fantastic results. I would recommend without hesitation.

From the initial Showroom with Mike to the finished article I cannot recommend enough. Lived to all expectations and more; a complete project service with piece of mind, no hidden costs and excellent craftsmanship. Ben and Shaun were a joy in their professionalism and knowledge in what we expected. They cleaned up after themselves every day and the young apprentice lads with them were very well mannered and did an excellent job. No sales pressure and great Ideas and visualisation planning from Mike. Excellent products we had everything replaced from a bare shell to what was over and above our expectations.

From going to the showroom and telling Mike what we were thinking of doing.....replacing a corner jacuzzi bath with a shower....we were dealt with in a friendly professional helpful manner. Mike made us think of things we had not considered eg space when leaving the shower so better to have a curved unit to Ben and Frankie removing / fitting the unit and advising on the colour of the seal which was much better than original option. Also, but very important, was how they cleaned up each day before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

Sean and Harrison have just completed a renovation of our outdated bathroom in 5 days. From our first visit to Soaks showroom to the finished work ,every aspect of the job was approached in a friendly helpful and professional manner. Every aspect was explained to us. The materials used are of the highest quality and the workmanship was amazing. Sean gave us helpful tips along the way too. They kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Needing to update our old fashioned bathroom, take out the roll top bath and provide a walk-in shower and similarly update a separate toilet and washbasin, we searched the web and interviewed a number of different firms. From making first contact with Mike and Kev at the showroom to its completion, we have been delighted with our choice. Mike made a first visit to the house, asked what our thoughts were, came up with great suggestions and took all measurements, while we set a tentative date for when the work could start. We followed this up with a visit to the Rotherham showroom, chose the designs, colours and accessories we liked and then awaited drawings, a quote and a start date. This was soon to come and we immediately agreed terms. It was to take two weeks to complete once the date had arrived. In due course, Ben and his young assistant, Frankie, started off the work and were joined later by Sean and his assistant, Harrison. We could not fault any of their work, their work ethic or the tidiness of what at times could have been a very messy job. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept in touch with progress and some helpful minor changes were made to suit the dimensions better. They worked as a very happy team and the results spoke for themselves. They always left the workspace clean and tidy. We are delighted with the finished work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had this company to do a total revamp of my bathroom due to a recommendation from a friend who's bathroom was stunningly altered by the Soak Installations team. I decided that I needed a shower instead of a bath and the advise and support given in the showroom was exceptional. The fitters started on the appointed day and worked quickly and efficiently. They ensured that workspace was tidy each day they left. What I particularly liked is that they explained what their plans were each day and showed me it all before they left. Sean's work was incredible. Very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. He had Harrison working with him who is a trainee and he was an excellent trainer. Harrison is willing to do anything asked of him and told me that he is learning so much and loving the work! Both Sean and Harrison are efficient and hard working and I would be more than happy to have these 2 in the future doing work in my house I would recommend Soak all day, every day!

We chose SOAK Bathrooms because we were impressed by the care and attention to detail whilst we were in store planning and selecting our products. We updated our shower room to incorporate a low-rise shower tray, new toilet and sink with cabinet underneath and mirror cabinet above. All the work was carried out efficiently and quickly by the installers who worked very cleanly and tidily and also finished ahead of schedule and on budget. All the products look really great in our room and we are also impressed by the new wall panels installed instead of ceramic tiles. We would thoroughly recommend SOAK to anyone and are really pleased with our new shower room.

Our bathroom and ensuite both needed replacing. We chose Soak because we liked the products available and they provided a complete service. Mike advised on the design and answered our many questions. The installation took three weeks. Ben, Sean, Frankie and Harrison always turned up when they said they would and were polite, helpful and professional. Ben or Sean explained what they were doing each day and checked with us to make sure they understood our requirements. There were a couple of unexpected things - a leak under the old bath and an uneven floor - but they sorted these out without fuss. At the end of each day they tidied and swept up after themselves. We are really pleased with the end result.

We have just had our bathroom completely refitted. From when we went to the showroom in Rotherham, to buying the components, to fitting we experienced an excellent service. Ben and Sean who came to do the work were prompt, they always arrived at the time they said, polite and professional. The revamp of our en suite began with a discovery of historical leakage damage behind the old shower feed. This was rectified and the rest of the installation was completed to a high standard and in good time. For those interested in the technicalities, the team were very willing to explain procedures and progress. Where options of positioning etc were evident, they always consulted me, I would recommend them highly.

Eight day job installing a new bathroom. Excellent workmanship. A couple of unexpected problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were never left without a workable toilet. We would highly recommend Soak Bathrooms in Rotherham. From the first visit to the showroom where Mike provided a detailed design for our bathroom helping us to choose new units that would fit and work for us at the same time, to coming out to complete the measurements everything went smoothly. We had to wait a few months for the installation but this only highlights how in demand they are. When the time came for our bathroom to be fitted Ben and Sean arrived and straightaway laid down carpet protection in the hall. They explained everything they would do and assured us we wouldn’t be without a toilet at any time. All throughout the fitting they kept us updated on progress. They cleaned up every day and left everything very tidy and also tidied up the garage after cutting tiles etc in there. They were very pleasant and friendly throughout and their work was top quality. Called into the showroom when passing to look for a new shower room from that visit we decided on soaks bathroom was told from the start it will be a few months before new units can be fitted ( found the waiting means they must be good). The day came for our new bathroom to be done the 2 fitters turned up and first thing covered the carpet to the bathroom and after a few questions, they began removing old units and cleaning all the time, very professional indeed. New units fitted and all the works carried out without any trouble we are very happy with the work carried out and the shower and units fitted when completed we did not have any cleaning up all done by the lads even cleaned the garage out ( used it for cutting wood etc ). So I will recommend Soak Bathrooms and the workmanship top quality so anyone thinking of a new bathroom please try Soaks you wont regret it thank you to the team Barrie and Wendy.

What a superb Company, from the initial showroom visit and discussing our needs with Michael - who was excellent and very helpful. To the fitters arriving in January to install our new lovely bathroom. Explaining all the way what they were doing each day. I had an en-suite completely redone. They repaired the damaged plasterboards behind the ties and consulted me every step of the way. Fit and finish are 5-star quality. Materials are 5 stars, you get what you pay for.

First-class professional service from start to finish. Ben our fitter came to discuss our needs and drew a plan detailing our bathroom measurements. Went to the showroom and was shown around by Mike who had a copy of the plan Ben had drawn so was already aware of what we wanted. We were advised of what units would work well together and the ranges available, felt very comfortable and listened to, all our questions were answered, left feeling very confident both in our choice of bathroom and the company. On the day the work started everything was on schedule. We were expecting around 9 working days for completion tho only took 7! Extremely professional, quality workmanship done to a high standard by Ben and Sean. Everything left clean and tidy. We left them with a key to our home as we were away/working, very worthy of trust. Firstly Ben and Sean who carried out the install were friendly and it made having people in your home for almost 3 weeks much easier. They were very knowledgeable and showed me what they had completed at the end of the day which gives you peace of mind. The quality of workmanship is excellent they are well-tooled for every job and they left the house clean at the end of every day. They organised the specialist trades to fit in well with our days. The design and product are second to none and Mike back at the shop built us a great bathroom.

We had to wait seven months for our new bathroom due to Soak being very busy but it was well worth the wait. Ben and Sean arrived on time on the start day and first thing they did was cover all the carpets to avoid any dirt. They kept the dust down as much as they could keeping doors closed and windows open. We had the old bathroom taken out and all that was left were bare walls but every evening they finished work they left it clean enough to use the toilet. They came across a couple of problems (not their fault) but sorted them out straight away. I have gone from a bath to a walk in shower and it looks very very nice. A big thank you to all at Soak.

Soak Bathrooms of Rotherham just completed their work on our bathroom and toilet today. I can offer nothing but praise for the two fitters who did the work (Ben and Sean). They did a complete refurb on our bathroom and toilet, which took 9 working days. During this time they were professional, friendly and trustworthy. They let us know what they were doing prior to starting each day's work, and completed on time. Their work and craftmanship are flawless. Soak's Ben and Sean did such a great job on completely renovating and updating our main bathroom two years ago, that we've just had them back to do the ensuite. They take great pride in their work with great attention to detail and clean meticulously several times a day to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. They are both pleasant and friendly and happy to discuss any changes and seek to agree on precise positioning of sink unit, door handles and shower rail etc. with the client where possible. Each day they discuss progress and what they will be doing the following day. Not forgetting Kev and Michael in the showroom who are patient and helpful in choosing and designing the right bathroom, but with no pressure and no hard sell. I'm sure there are cheaper companies out there but the quality of the fixtures and fittings and the quality of the workmanship and care taken is well worth it. I would happily recommend them.

We recently had a complete refit of our bathroom. Everything out including bath old pipes and all fitments to be replaced with a shower unit. From first meeting Mike at the showrooms to the finished article, everything was of the highest professional standards. Mike came up with many ideas and suggestions from the measurements I gave him, then came to the house to check everything out. A date and time was set and everything when to plan. Met Ben and Sean for the first time, the first thing they did was assure us that we would never be without a toilet during installation. Two very professional and pleasant men, they kept us informed of everything they were doing all the way through. Every night they cleaned down and left things tidy. The finished article was amazing and the work was of the highest standard. Cannot praise Ben and Sean enough. A brilliant transformation of our old bathroom.

Sadly, we suffered a family bereavement just prior to the scheduled refit. Soak took this in their stride, successfully juggling dates with other clients (and a grateful thanks to all those who assisted us during this difficult time). A bathroom refit was long overdue, and a number of minor structural issues were revealed on strip-down. These were sorted out with a professional lack of drama by the team. Fastidious attention to the fit and finish was, without doubt, of the highest order. There were some problems along the way, which were resolved without fuss, and ultimately resulted in a beast of a bathroom. Well done...very pleased, and would, unreservedly, recommend. (okay!... Now for the rest of the house)

Can't speak highly enough about the job that Ben and Sean have done to completely renovate our bathroom. Everything in it has been renewed and we are really pleased with the result. This was fitted in the small bedroom and this was designed perfectly by Mike at Soak. and fitted perfectly by Simon & John. They are very professional, clean & tidy. Ben and Sean (fitters) installed our en-suite and did an amazing job. Ben talked us through the whole installation making sure we were happy with everything. When you walk into Soak Bathrooms in Rotherham you get a good feel about the place. The staff are very friendly and the showroom has a good selection of good to choose from. Mike was really helpful, talked us through the plan, we told him what we would like and he gave advice on what would/would not be right for our bathroom and talked us through different options. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very patient and we never felt rushed into choosing anything. We ordered the bathroom and had to wait a few months to have it fitted as they were fully booked until August, but it was so worth the wait. Ben and Sean arrived to fit the bathroom, made sure our carpets were protected and started work. They were very meticulous, the attention to detail was amazing. Ben talked us through everything they were doing and the reasons why. They have done an amazing job with the tiling, I don't think I have ever seen such a perfect tiling job. They have done a fabulous job all round, their work is faultless, the quality of material and standard of workmanship is second to none, our bathroom looks absolutely amazing. What can I say? From dealing with the ever patient Mike at Soak to choose our products, to the professional and high quality job carried out by Ben and Sean ... I can highly recommend Soak Bathrooms. We came back from a weekend away and the job was complete and very little (if any) cleaning up to do. During the job they were clean and tidy. The products are extremely good quality - we're thrilled with the job and would highly recommend Soak.

Soak bathrooms have completed my en suite to a very high standard, from start to finish I couldn't fault. When the plumbers Simon and john arrived I knew straight away they knew what they were doing. The covered my carpets with a plastic cover which stayed down while job was done. They where very respectful of your home and always left the house tidy which isn't normal for plumbers. They were trustworthy as I left them on there own on a few occasions. I highly recommend soak and would definitely use again as on other occasions using independent plumbers has been a bad experience. Thank you so much guys I love my en suite

From the moment we first visited the Soak showroom to the end result we couldn't have asked for a better, more professional or friendly service. Ben, the bathroom fitter, with occasional help from Simon, was brilliant. Nothing phased him including the problems found when the old fittings were removed. He is a perfectionist and even the floors and walls under the new bathroom are perfect. He was friendly, very efficient and always left things spotless. What more could you ask for? An all round and excellent service and we are left with a beautiful new bathroom.
