Solarframe have just completed a solid roof and new frames on our previously very dated conservatory. From the outset, the company and staff were very professional, were on time for all appointments from the sales chap through all the trades to the sign off by the technician. Kat in the office coordinated the work and kept us informed of who and when trades would be attending. There is inevitable disruption when having work done at the house but all trades were efficient, polite and tidied after themselves. Adam and Conner as the fitters worked really hard and it was great how quickly the structure was replaced, Terry and his plasterer mate sorted the boarding and plastering in a day, Ryan the electrician and Chris the plumber sorted their side of things with no fuss and checked we were happy before they left and Andrew the tech guy sealed and thoroughly cleaned the interior. Just to balance the review, the lead time was slightly longer than we were told it would be but this is really splitting hairs because the whole process was so good. The quality seems great, the price was around what we were expecting the quote to be. I’m not a big ‘leave reviews’ type person but credit where it’s due.

Would certainly recommend Solarframe. From the initial enquiry at their showroom to the dismantling of the old conservatory, and the installation and sign off of the new one we can’t fault their workmanship plus Connor, our installation coordinator, kept us updated every step of the way. We had a couple of minor issues which got resolved in a timely manner.

20 year old conservatory was removed down to low wall brickwork. Replaced with solid insulated roof building with modern windows and frames and a single Velux style roof window. Organisation of the work was very good and was completed on time with everything from the original conservatory removed. Sign off followed a half day visit from a finishing technician that left the new building neat and clean. We are already appreciating how the new building has eliminated the extreme heat build up on a sunny day, and how much better heat is retained when it’s cooler and less sunny outside.

I had my conservatory removed down to the window sill brick layer. New windows and new bifold doors were fitted with a new lightweight roof. The conservatory is now a proper room that is fully insulated. The ceiling is very modern looking and really sets the scene with its inset ceiling lights. All work is of the highest quality but a special mention must be made about the professionalism, helpfulness, and great attitude of all the people who made the transition possible. Great work and a pleasingly very tidy workplace.

Solarframe have replaced our conservatory roof and windows in the last couple of weeks with a lightweight solid roof, new frames and door, and they have done an excellent job. Everything went smoothly, just as set out in the schedule. The two fitters, Adam & Connor, were great and they worked constantly from the time they arrived to the time they finished, as did the plasterers. All the team that worked on our project were very friendly and respectful of the property, leaving it clean and tidy when they had finished. Thanks also to Kat, our co-ordinator. I would recommend the company to anyone wanting to update their conservatory.

they came at the specified time and got on with the job ,no standing around with a mug of tea ,straight in and took out the two rotten windows ,and put in the well made replacements ,within a few hours the job was done and any mess they made was brushed up and cleared up and took away. and left us with two smart looking replacements, any contact we hade with the office staff was pleasant and professional and would use them again if the need arises thank you

Absolutely fantastic company from the quote to the end of the instillation. Most of the workmen were friendly, the one that wasn't my concerns were addressed. Katie, the installations co-ordinator was attentive and rang me regularly with updates and to check everything was going ok. Any concerns were addressed immediately and when the skip was collected and rubbish was left, Katie sorted collection immediately. Work was of a high quality and am really pleased. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We used Solarframe to replace our existing 8ft sliding patio doors, essentially it was a like for like replacement. On the plus side we found they had impressive showrooms in Goldthorpe and Leeds and the buying process was straightforward. The horror show started on day one of the installation and it has taken Solarframe six months from the initial install in March 2024 for them to finally install the doors correctly. We have had numerous issues which they have been unable to rectify in a professional and timely manor. These include incorrectly fitted ventilation slots, water leaks, missing trim, damaged and missing weather strips. After the first install their installation team have been back seven times in an attempt to rectify the various issues. The frame has been removed and refitted on two separate occasions. We have had to constantly chase Solarframe, sending dozens of emails and making countless phone calls to get them to attend site and install the product correctly. The installation has been a truly dreadful experience from start to finish. In no way could we recommend using this company.
