From ordering of our windows this has been a very bad company to deal with. The information was not passed correctly from salesman to the office. The payment in full was made at the time of ordering that bit they managed no problem. At survey the chap and office we unaware the front was a bay changing to a flat window. After negotiations they agreed to stick at that price but could not have side openings. Fitting day arrived all good but upstairs window doesn’t fit after measuring by salesman and the surveyor. Promised new window the following week no problem booked day off work (self employed) new window came with fitters wrong size again but I arranged for all new blinds to fitted to the property 2 days later as i thought the windows would be done. No one at Solarframe seems interested. The only good thing about this company is the fitters who work hard and they were quite embarrassed by the whole thing. I even recommended this company to our friends who ordered their windows but I hope they don't get the same treatment. I want compensating for all the aggro and loss off income. Very poor from start to finish

We are so sorry to hear of your ongoing problems with the installation of your windows. Unfortunately, the sales contract was misread by our factory, meaning that the windows were manufactured in the wrong size, for which we have apologised profusely and had the windows remade as quickly as we could, I know Hayley in the office has been trying very hard to rectify your situation. We really want to get the job done right for you and we completely understand your frustration, we can all but apologise about the fitting of your blinds being delayed, not to mention the time you have spent accommodating our installations teams. We will do our utmost to ensure that the remainder of your experience with us is exemplary.

Replaced the original roof with a tiled one. The workmen came when they said they would. We did have other quotes but decided this was the best product. Everything went well and now we can enjoy our conservatory all year round.
