South East Roof Repairs Ltd

Back in November last year i had squirrels chew through my loft felt and leave a hole with the bad weather i needed it fixed imminently, I was in a vulnerable position with my mum on end-of-life treatment and didnt want to waste time with it as wanted to be with my mum, i was contacted by a couple of guys sean and Taylor who claimed to work for south east roof repairs, i googled the company and they had very good reviews, these two guys came and 'repaired' the roof the same day, they were aware of my situation, charged me £300, said any problems to get in contact. 2 days later the squirrels were back and I looked in the loft and the job they had done was poor. At which point it was clear to me who is not a roofer, i contacted them and they said they would come but didnt. I tried to get in contact with them over next couple of months by which point my mum had unfortunately passed away, so i contacted the company who they claimed to work for, it turned out that they didnt work for this company at the time, south east roof repairs however were very compassionate and understanding given my situation and of course upset that there name had been used to con a vulnerable person for a poor job, they offered to come out and look at the roof and get it repaired correctly however I had already agreed with another contractor for the work to be done, so they gave me the £300 that the guys charged me back, I will be forever grateful
