Mark completed our technically challenging installation (including underfloor heating and boiler relocation) in an exemplary manner. The work was done to a high standard and on budget. We would recommend him without reservation.

This was the first service for a boiler installed 12 months ago. The booking process was simple and was able to book a service the same week as I called. Engineer came on time and did the work quickly. Invoicing procedure simple and quick.

South London Heating were able to replace our old boiler at short notice and made the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Mark and his customer service team were efficient and helpful when it came to explaining what needed to be done. John and Paul who installed the new boiler worked very hard over the two day job which was not a simple job. We would certainly recommend South London Heating.

The service was booked easily and the engineer arrived right on time. Talked me through basic maintenance advice clearly. Honest review of next steps in heating system upkeep and advised on when TRV should be replaced. Friendly and clear - will call again when needed.

South London Heating were responsive when I first asked for a quote for the work I needed carried out, and Mark was very helpful in making suggestions for what was not a straight forward job of disconnecting my heating from the current boiler (in another flat) and installing a new boiler in my own flat. The team who carried out the work were professional and kept me up to date with progress, and dealt with the neighbours well. The work was completed with minimal disruption and mess, and they even brought in an extra person to get the job completed a day earlier than expected. Am really pleased with the boiler, and the whole team have been very helpful including with follow up questions. Would recommend.

Mark sent an engineer out to us, free of charge, on a Saturday morning within 30 mins of me calling him in desperation. British Gas had cut a pipe after suspecting a minor leak - and the boiler manufacturer was unable to repair the leak without the pipe being reconnected (something the manufacturer is not able to do). Fortunately Mark sent out his engineer Mark, and they reconnected the pipe, all free of charge. Excellent customer service!

This is a highly to be recommended company in every possible respect. This visit was for my annual boiler service. However, I have used them for a very complicated and difficult emergency in the past An exceptionally trusted and successful firm in my experience and I would have great confidence in reommending them to my friends.

Paul and Ronnie did a really fabulous job. And the quotation visit and process was also extremely straightforward and very well-handled by Mark and Kerrie. Boiler was fitted 3 months ago, and it has been working great since then, through the autumn and into the winter.

Arrived on time for both the initial survey and subsequent work. Boiler and five radiators replaced quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend and will continue to use them for the annual boiler service.

I had a gas fire safety check. The company came across as professional and efficient during the booking process. The job was carried out quickly and the engineer was very friendly - explaining the process to me which was useful as I am quite clueless about these things!

From a tank full of hot water which ran out, to a continuous stream was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Removing the tank and using the space as an airing & container cupboard is also a huge delight. Once our boiler broke we quickly looked for highly rated companies in our area and we contacted South London Heating. Mark was able to come out almost immediately and was really helpful, professional, friendly and obviously experienced, when quoting for us. Upon installing, Paul Hatt and his colleague arrived on time, were friendly, professional and very helpful when it came to explaining the process and the new system to us. They also worked very hard but quickly and were very clean. Pricing was on point with what we expected, if not slightly under for the level of service we got. Mark came to provide a quotation for a new boiler and 2 new radiators. He was friendly, professional and gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He didn't try to up-sell all new radiators to me (which another company had done). He turned the quote around quickly and Kerrie in the office was extremely efficient, helpful and answered any questions I had promptly. Paul and Ronnie did an excellent job installing the boiler and were a pleasure to have in the house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, excellent service from start to finish.

I had a new boiler, two new radiators and a Nest thermostat installed. I was very happy with the work which was carried out professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

The Director came and quoted on a new boiler (my old one was definitely on last legs and a few days later packed up completely). He explained everything clearly to me and didn't try to upsell - listening when I said I would prefer a mechanical timer and didn't need it to fit in a cupboard. It was a bit above other quotes but I was reassured that they would do a good job fitting it - in the end they did an excellent job! They also moved around their bookings to accommodate an emergency fitting as my boiler packed up and I have young children. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak too highly of this company's work in installing and repositioning my new boiler, rearranging some complicated pipework and repositioning the Megaflow tank. Mark gave me clear guidance about what could be done, and came up with a very reasonable quote for the two days' work involved. Mark's team carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency. They arrived punctually, took great care not make any mess, and we were delighted with their work.

I was very pleased to get my gas service restored promptly by South London Heating after it was shut down by the gas board due to a gas leak. The office asked the engineers to call when they were on their way, which meant I wasn't stuck waiting hours on end for someone to turn up to a rental property. The men were friendly and professional and the price for the call out was very reasonable.

I have in the past dealt with heating installation companies before, but none has the professional standards as this company. This is an outstanding team at all levels and with excellent time management. My 42 year old boiler had given up and we were also without hot water during the coldest days on record. Mark 'flooded' the house with a highly-skilled professional team who worked diligently to install our new system with the minimum of disruption. They cleared up beautifully at the end of each day - important when your'e living through it. The pipework in the utility room looks like a work of art so I shall not be boxing it in! For knowledge and skills, great work ethic, problem-solving, excellent communication, efficiency, courtesy and a great job well done they could not be beaten. South London Heating replaced my ageing immersion heater with a new combi boiler, after another company I had hired, AC Wilgar, let me down. From the start, SL Heating was fantastic. No matter who I dealt with, I received prompt, personal attention. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and after meeting Mark Gallagher, I was confident I was in good hands. The job presented several unique complications, however, the team at South London heating were able to work with me to overcome these, and were able to install the new boiler and pipework, much quicker than the time given by their competitors. Throughout the installation, the engineers were professional and considerate. They worked very neatly and left no mess at all afterward. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly the entire day. All work was carried out to the highest standard. Following the installation, the aftercare service that was second to none. As a result, I cannot recommend this company enough.
