Joe and Sean arrived before the official time and completed the job within 3 hours, rather than the expected 4. They worked so well as a team removing the old storage heaters, fitting the new ELKatherm heaters and clearing up as they completed one area. any queries were swiftly dealt with. The weather is currently too hot to try out the new system, but I am sure I will be feeling super cosy in the autumn. Thanks again very much

The engineers arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. They fitted the heaters very efficiently and made sensible suggestions as to position, ducting etc and showed us how to set up the timers on the heaters with suggestions as to the best settings. The flat was left extremely clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend South West Heating.

This was the second stage of our installation. We had the upstairs done late last year. Downstairs was a bigger job as they had to remove our very old storage heaters. They worked hard to ensure the disruption was kept to a minimum and that the additional decorating (if needed) would be hassle free. There was a problem with one of the new heaters connecting to the phone app but they worked it out, replacing a part in one of the heaters. They did not leave until they were sure we were happy and everything was working. There was no mess left behind. We have already seen a drop in our energy costs from moving to these radiators. Phil.

We live in a grade 2 listed building. We have limited heating in a large kitchen and we could not add any further radiators to your system. We had two of South West Heating's radiators fitted and we are now warm in the kitchen for the fist time. The fitting was very fast and the workers cleaned up after the work. Very happy.

We approached South West Heating for help and advice about our current electric heating system and from the start, have been really pleased with their approach, which has been friendly, professional, and very informative throughout. They took us through options and were able to advice us on what would be best for us at this time and how we could resolve a particular problem. The great aspect about SW Heating is that they took us through the solution and issued us a clear price quote and at no time was there any pressure or hassle. They are a real pleasure to deal with and after today, we can also say that the fitting was carried out in a highly professional manner with real attention to detail. Great service throughout and would definitely use South West Heating again and recommend to others.

We had heaters changed in our holiday property to that we could have heating when we wanted (e.g. rather than wasting energy baking during the day)! The surveying engineer was helpful and knowledgeable and unlike some firms did not pester us with heavy sales patter or irritating 'buy now or lose your discount' threats. The installers arrived on time and were clearly competent, doing a good job and clearing up after. The heaters work well, warming up quickly and making the place cosy. We added the Heating App into our order, and we love it. For a holiday property, this is brilliant - we have visited a couple of times since installation, and it is great to be able to turn the heating on before we get there. Internet of things in action! We also like the fact that this is a Cornwall based firm.
