South West Plumbing, Heating & Renewables are a family run business established since 1993 and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personalised service and complete peace of mind for our customers.

Thank you for the review Linda, when we were booking this boiler installation we knew we had to allow time for 2 engineers as it was a job you wanted to be done as quickly as possible, we sent John and Jesse to install your Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28CDi compact. Because you allowed a WAI to do this work you now have a 10 year labour and parts guarantee.

It is unbelievable how quickly we did all of the work you needed Jeannie, you only called us out for a boiler breakdown and unfortunately it was beyond repair! But dont fear as we were able to get a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 25i boiler installed around your kitchen fitters and then fit your new hob at the end of the same week! Tom Heath earned his crust on this one.

From the office team to our engineers we do want to be seen as a friendly company, we try and make things as simple as possible so there is no rushing around needlessly. This is the first time in 20 yrs I have needed to find an emergency plumber as I have always had a Homecare agreement with British Gas before. The people on the phone were very helpful, gave me a clear idea of how long I would have to wait etc. Within 2 hrs there was a plumber on the doorstep. He did the job efficiently and even helped me clean up the wet towels etc.!! I also thought the cost reasonable for an emergency callout.

SWPS traced and fixed a difficult leak on our heating system using thermal imaging and other equipment. We were so impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism that they were the obvious choice when we needed to replace our boiler which had a very complex 3-story flue. The work took 2 days. The engineers at all times were pleasant, tidy and did a excellent job. They are supported by very good planners and administrators, with a text to tell you when an engineer is on the way and give a name. They also provided excellent follow-up. Highly recommended!
