Kevin carried out the annual boiler service on my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i. He is friendly, helpful and very professional. I have never found a Gas Safe engineer to be so knowledgeable, competent and fastidious in his work. Excellent customer care and customer service.

The servicing work was completed on the agreed date and efficiently done. The technician replaced worn hoses under warranty and explained why it was necessary. Thank you.

Kevin services our boiler annually and at the last service he advised we were on borrowed time, we decided to have a new boiler installed before winter. The service provided is always professional and we trust the company. Price seemed fair and we trust the company's work. The job was completed as agreed, on time, to a high standard, no issues, great communication during the job as usual. We are very happy with the work performed.

There's nothing more reassuring than people who really know their trade - Kevin and Nikki are utterly proficient and take a genuine pride in their work; there's never anything remotely second rate about their workmanship or the products they install, it's always absolutely first class. It's massive bonus that they are also friendly and reassuring. Really can't recommend them too highly.

Southgate and Culham carried an annual service of my oil fired combo boiler. This is the first time I’ve used them. Their work was excellent. The engineer, a woman, explained exactly what she would need to do, and what snags she might come up against. The work was carried out most efficiently, and we agreed she should replace a part which would normally be renewed annually. She advised installing a slightly more expensive model as it offered better value for money and last 2 - 3 times as long. The boiler and surroundings were left immaculate. Throughout she was most courteous and at pains to be sure I was happy with her work - very important for an elderly person like me! The only tiny shadow in an otherwise flawless experience was a last minute change to the appointment which I did not know about. The engineer arrived some time after the agreed time slot, and apologised that they had not warned me beforehand. But I would unhesitatingly recommend the company.

Southgate and Cullam have serviced my boiler for a number of years, always on time, on budget and always with aftercare. A week ago he installed a new boiler as an emergency ( on his day off ) I can not thank him enough, he worked all day until the work was completed. On the agreed price and with cleanliness and care. He removed all the old boiler and flu etc. Nothing for me to deal with. On completion, he explained the new boiler, handed over the paperwork and advised me he as usual was available for aftercare. Can not fault Southgate and Culham.

Job booked in and arranged promptly and efficiently, Engineer arrived exactly on time and day as arranged, Carried out perfect job No mess no fuss with full explanation of relevant information in a pleasant and friendly manner.

A site visit was paid by Kevin who readily explained options and made recommendations, all of which were patiently and clearly explained. This was followed by comprehensive quotes for either a standard or condenser boiler. A condenser boiler was ordered and Kevin and his colleague, Wayne, arrived promptly on the agreed day of installation and immediately set to work removing the old boiler. They both worked diligently throughout the day and the new boiler was up and running by late afternoon. On completion of the work they gave a good brief on the operation of the boiler and cleared the site of all detritus and packaging, including removal of the old boiler. Overall a thoroughly professional job carried out by competent and personable tradespersons. They were ably supported back in their office by Nikki, who made all the administrative arrangements. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
