I was kept fully up to date with arrangements for my service including text to say the engineer was on his way. The engineer was excellent and very thorough and ensured I was informed of the findings. Highly recommend.

Southgate and Culham carried an annual service of my oil fired combo boiler. This is the first time I’ve used them. Their work was excellent. The engineer, a woman, explained exactly what she would need to do, and what snags she might come up against. The work was carried out most efficiently, and we agreed she should replace a part which would normally be renewed annually. She advised installing a slightly more expensive model as it offered better value for money and last 2 - 3 times as long. The boiler and surroundings were left immaculate. Throughout she was most courteous and at pains to be sure I was happy with her work - very important for an elderly person like me! The only tiny shadow in an otherwise flawless experience was a last minute change to the appointment which I did not know about. The engineer arrived some time after the agreed time slot, and apologised that they had not warned me beforehand. But I would unhesitatingly recommend the company.

My old oil boiler finally died and I needed a new modern boiler. Research showed that Southgate and Culham are Diamond installers listed by Worcester Bosch. Had to wait a while for them to fit me in but well worth the wait as both partners are fully qualified engineers and really know what they are doing. They fitted the new boiler outside my utility giving me more internal space and easy access for servicing in the future. Both partners are friendly and helpful and they easily fitted an extra radiator (which was not in the original specification). They are very clean and tidy leaving the site neat overnight and as clean as they could make it at the end of the job. All the paperwork has been completed in a very professional manner, invoices on time and receipts returned swiftly. I would highly recommend this company, they have over 30 years experience of central heating engineering and they are good people with whom to do business.
