Southgate & Cullum installed my boiler 9 years ago and did the annual service today. They are always on time and carry out the work efficiently and tidely. Always very friendly. We are retiling the kitchen and changing all electrical fittings one of which was a boiler controller. I asked Kevin to change this during the service which he did free of charge. Very much appreciated and typical of their service. Would highly recommend.

I needed a replacement boiler due to mine developing a water leak. I had 1 quote from my previous servicing provider. Kevin came on the same day that I called to do the quotation, he provided a brochure and explained everything that would be required very clearly. He also informed me that his business was "Worcester Boiler" accredited installers which meant that I would get a 7 year Boiler Warrantee (unlike my previous suppler where it would only be 5 years). The written quote arrived on the day he said and it was very detailed and comprehensive. I called to accept the quote and was only required to pay a 10% deposit with the balance on completion, my previous supplier required 50% deposit. The installation was scheduled for 4 day later. On the day of installation, I had to go out for 3 hours, Kevin arrived at the stated time and I left him to get on with the work, his colleague arriving with the equipment a short while afterwards. When I returned, they were well into the installation. Kevin explained that they had encountered a few issues and changed slightly the way they had originally planned the position of external components, which was better for me anyway. Everything was finished by mid-afternoon, all the controls and installation explained very clearly. The property was left clean and tidy. The entire experience was excellent; the Company was clear in their explanations, extremely professional and friendly, did exactly as they said and on time. 100% satisfied.

Having had no hot water in the scout hut for many years this has been solved with a system. This was fitted in a very reasonable time of less than a day on the day that was said. The installers were polite and helpful and resolved any problems encountered.

Southgate and Culham have just fitted a new gas boiler for CH and water. We have used them since moving to this area 10 years ago and they have consistently provided a reliable and competitively priced service for the several jobs we have had done. Having found Southgate and Culham's name on the Weissman website I left a message on their answering machine. I was rung back within 30 minutes and was able to arrange a boiler service within 2 weeks. I had been somewhat concerned due to the Covid situation but the service was carried to our complete satisfaction and in a safe manner. In view of this, we went ahead with a toilet fitting which we had been putting of for nearly 12 months. Again the work was carried out in a friendly, competent manner and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
