Southgate & Culham Ltd installed my gas boiler in 2012 and since then have annually serviced the boiler. They are always punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. They are also easy to contact by telephone or email.

Southgate and Culham have just fitted a new gas boiler for CH and water. We have used them since moving to this area 10 years ago and they have consistently provided a reliable and competitively priced service for the several jobs we have had done. They provide a very professional service through experienced engineers and support staff. I recommend in full confidence.

Southgate and Callum are a family run company that I cannot recommend highly enough. They installed our boiler 6 years ago, and have serviced it, and our gas log fire ever since. They are reliable, efficient, reasonably priced and, quite frankly, a pleasure to have in your home.

The work involved a routine annual servicing of our boiler. The work was completed on time as previously agreed with Southgate and Culham.

Our plumber recently retired so it meant we needed to find a local plumber. Our property is only 10 years old but problems can and do arise and not having a reliable plumber is not a good idea. I found Southgate & Culham and have now used them 3 times in the last 4 months. They have given excellent service over 3 different types of callouts. The first was concerning a problem in the non-ventilated area of the domestic hot water system, the second was a propane leak to the cooker hob and the third was a booked service to our oil boiler. Of course, they have all the necessary accreditation to carry out this diverse work and it was accomplished without delay in a really very pleasant manner. They were careful and tidy and obviously very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. All in all, I am very pleased to have found them and already trust them knowing they can actually do what they say they can. Excellent company.

This is the 3rd service Southgate &Culham have carried out for us always extremely satisfied. They have also fitted us a couple of radiators very pleased with them .. little mess. They are an extremely reliable firm to deal with.

Kevin and Nicky were recommended by friends to install a new boiler. We are delighted with their service and the system. We are due to start some major renovation work and ideally would have installed a new boiler later. However, we needed heating and Kevin was very understanding of our situation as was very flexible in the way he approached the job. The job was completed within agreed timescales and budget. A minor issue after installation was resolved quickly and willingly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Southgate and Cullum.
