Nikki arrived as arranged to complete the annual boiler service. She advised that there was a problem with the expansion vessel and gave me the number to call to have it replaced under warranty. The replacement vessel has now been replaced. An efficient and friendly service - many thanks

Kevin at Southgate and Culham Ltd is a true professional! Kevin carried out the installation of our boiler in 2019 and it really was an excellent job. He gave us wonderful advice at the time as to the type of Boiler that would suit our house. Kevin thoroughly explained the types of Boilers that would be most suitable for our needs and we are extremely happy with the performance of the Boiler he recommended. He always arrives on time for our annual Boiler Service and is always very cheerful and extremely personable! Kevin always hands over the paperwork which he has completed in a comprehensive manner and explains the Service that he has carried out on our Boiler and is always extremely thorough in his work. We are very happy to highly recommend Kevin's work to everyone and we always receive prompt emails also from Nikki at Southgate and Culham Ltd. We value the fast response we always receive from Southgate and Culham Ltd and know that they are at the end of a phone, should we ever need to make contact. We have been using Southgate and Culham Ltd for a number of years now to undertake various works at our own home and a rental property. I had originally booked in Southgate and Culham Ltd in for October but my boiler burst at the end of July ? I rang them immediately and they were extremely helpful, I was able to pay for the work through finance, and they started the work the following Monday! They fitted a new boiler, a new oil tank and all of the pipework. The woman who answered the phone spent half an hour talking through the issue with me and was so helpful, they were exceptionally clean and really helped me out. Huge thanks and highly recommended!
