Southgate & Culham Ltd installed my gas boiler in 2012 and since then have annually serviced the boiler. They are always punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. They are also easy to contact by telephone or email.

New Boiler installed and working within a day. Great service, friendly team, very efficient and highly recommend.

We have used this company for the last 5 years, they always arrive on time very pleased with the work having used them so many time says it all, totally would recommend them.

Nikki arrived as arranged to complete the annual boiler service. She advised that there was a problem with the expansion vessel and gave me the number to call to have it replaced under warranty. The replacement vessel has now been replaced. An efficient and friendly service - many thanks

Kevin carried out the annual boiler service on my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i. He is friendly, helpful and very professional. I have never found a Gas Safe engineer to be so knowledgeable, competent and fastidious in his work. Excellent customer care and customer service.

Kevin at Southgate and Culham Ltd is a true professional! Kevin carried out the installation of our boiler in 2019 and it really was an excellent job. He gave us wonderful advice at the time as to the type of Boiler that would suit our house. Kevin thoroughly explained the types of Boilers that would be most suitable for our needs and we are extremely happy with the performance of the Boiler he recommended. Southgate and Cullam have serviced my boiler for a number of years, always on time, on budget and always with aftercare. A week ago he installed a new boiler as an emergency ( on his day off ) I can not thank him enough, he worked all day until the work was completed. On the agreed price and with cleanliness and care. He removed all the old boiler and flu etc. Nothing for me to deal with. On completion, he explained the new boiler, handed over the paperwork and advised me he as usual was available for aftercare. Can not fault Southgate and Culham.

Southgate and Culham have carried out work for us since 2021. They have fitted us new radiators and have carried out boiler service each year. Their work is excellent we would recommend them 100%.
