This company installed my central heating system and a new boiler in 2012 and have serviced it ever since. They have always been efficient, reliable and a pleasure to welcome into my house. On a couple of semi emergency callouts they were able to respond quickly which is a great comfort to me. I cannot speak highly enough of them and if your first contact with them is Nikki your experience will be reassuring and leave you confident of the good standard of service you can expect to receive.

Kevin and Nicky were recommended by friends to install a new boiler. We are delighted with their service and the system. We are due to start some major renovation work and ideally would have installed a new boiler later. However, we needed heating and Kevin was very understanding of our situation as was very flexible in the way he approached the job. The job was completed within agreed timescales and budget. A minor issue after installation was resolved quickly and willingly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Southgate and Cullum.

Kevin removed a radiator prior to replastering work. It was on time and budget. Kevin is always friendly; he remembers year to year what he has done previously. On the time that something went wrong he fixed it promptly and free of charge.

Kevin services our boiler annually and at the last service he advised we were on borrowed time, we decided to have a new boiler installed before winter. Very professional company - Kevin visited promptly and advised on best way to replace our failed gas boiler system with our preferred choice of Wissemann boiler and their quote was similar to those of several other firms but with a higher quality product. Date arranged, Wayne arrived bang on time and undertook the work extremely efficiently and was very neat and tidy. Kevin came along the following date and installed the new Hive controller and commissioned the system which all worked first time without issues. Whole job complete in under two days (other firms had quoted 3-4 days!). Great staff who did the job when arranged, in the time agreed, for the price agreed and were totally professional - and threw in some free advice about the mother-in-laws heating problems as well ! 100% recommended

Hi, After calling the company that installed my boiler with no response for two days. I found this company, Southgate & Culham Ltd from the Worcester-Bosch website. My central heating system broke down and I call the company and Nikki who answered the call was nice and friendly. The engineer would be with you, within an hour. When I told her what the problem was I had with the system, she knew what the fault was and check that the engineer had the part on board before sending him out, which was great, because the the engineer was able to change the broken part and resolved the problem satisfactorily. He was very helpful and the job was done in 30 minutes. Great work well done. Yes I would recommend this company. Mr H Sutherland

I just wanted to thank you all at Southgate and Culham Ltd for the excellent job which was done installing the new boilers at our house. Starting with Kevin coming to quote for the job, Nikki in the office responded promptly to all my queries with great patience. Kevin and Wayne undertook the work very professionally, being quietly efficient, tidy and very pleasant & the works were completed on budget and without any delays - amazingly - during Covid lockdown. The aftercare information and service were also excellent. The joy of hot water and central heating both available again cannot be underestimated! I thoroughly recommend this company.
