Nikki is highly professional and reliable. She always answers the phone - which in my experience is rare for a plumbing & heating company - and delivers work to a very high standard.

Office administrator and Engineer are always very friendly - and the work was carried out on time and efficiently.

Kevin carried out the annual boiler service on my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i. He is friendly, helpful and very professional. I have never found a Gas Safe engineer to be so knowledgeable, competent and fastidious in his work. Excellent customer care and customer service.

Kevin removed a radiator prior to replastering work. It was on time and budget. Kevin is always friendly; he remembers year to year what he has done previously. On the time that something went wrong he fixed it promptly and free of charge.

Worcester boiler engineer was unable to solve problem with wall unit for Honeywell equipment flashing red. When contacted Southgate & Culham boss, Kevin, came round same day and replaced Honeywell wall unit with a new unit, which sorted out the problem.He was very efficient, friendly, extremely competent and helpful, as we have always found him in the past when his help was required.

The service was completed promptly and at the time arranged. Highly professional job done to my complete satisfaction.

Nikki arrived as arranged to complete the annual boiler service. She advised that there was a problem with the expansion vessel and gave me the number to call to have it replaced under warranty. The replacement vessel has now been replaced. An efficient and friendly service - many thanks

Kevin and Nicky were recommended by friends to install a new boiler. We are delighted with their service and the system. We are due to start some major renovation work and ideally would have installed a new boiler later. However, we needed heating and Kevin was very understanding of our situation as was very flexible in the way he approached the job. The job was completed within agreed timescales and budget. Our plumber recently retired so it meant we needed to find a local plumber. Our property is only 10 years old but problems can and do arise and not having a reliable plumber is not a good idea. I found Southgate & Culham and have now used them 3 times in the last 4 months. They have given excellent service over 3 different types of callouts. The first was concerning a problem in the non-ventilated area of the domestic hot water system, the second was a propane leak to the cooker hob and the third was a booked service to our oil boiler. Of course, they have all the necessary accreditation to carry out this diverse work and it was accomplished without delay in a really very pleasant manner. They were careful and tidy and obviously very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. All in all, I am very pleased to have found them and already trust them knowing they can actually do what they say they can. Excellent company.
