We have quite a large area of patio, laid 12 years ago, and showing its age; it had algal growth, blackened surfaces, and quite a large area of ornamental brickwork in the garden too, very grubby and black in many places. Kristian gave us a detailed estimate to clean all of this, and seal the patio with water-repellent sealer. He discussed with us the choice of sealant and took away a slab of patio to ensure he was recommending the correct product - then presented us with the slab on which he had used two different sealants so we could judge the effect of each (and ponder on the price!). All without obligation. When he came to do the work, he used professional equipment, tidied up and cleaned all surrounds. And repaired the cement pointing using some 'magic sand'. Very good result. It all looks like it has just been built - looks back to new! Definitely recommended. Not cheap, but for service like this, we thought good value. The cost of the patio sealant was the largest part of the bill, it is quite expensive stuff to do the job properly. (See before and after pictures)
