Having just moved to a new house, we wanted to locally source tradesmen to carry out any repairs needed. Splash Plumbers are located in the same road as our house and we used them not long after we moved in to replace a basin mixer tap in the bathroom. They provided good service. So when a radiator started to leak, again in the bathroom, we had no hesitation in contacting Splash Plumbers again. The radiator was difficult to locate as it incorporated a towel rail and had to be exact. After a few days, I managed to find one online. Splash then attended and installed the radiator without any need for me to make good. We would very much recommend Splash Plumbers. Mark and Brian, the guys that attended, are very knowledgeable and friendly. Given this level of service and very honest pricing, I can’t see myself going to anywhere else when I need any plumbing work done.

My Worcester boiler had been serviced by the manufacturer since new but they were unable to carry it out again as they were no longer doing paid for work, whatever that means? I did a lot of research and came up with this company who ticked all the boxes. I am very pleased I did and would happily have him work on my system again. I wish I'd found him sooner and not put up with the manufacturers service department for six years. I was kept informed of the arrival time which was as agreed, the work was done with the minimum of fuss and there was no mess. The cost was very reasonable.

Splash plumbing have just installed a new combi boiler and replaced several of the radiators at our home. The whole process from quote to completion was very straight forward. They were extremely flexible with timescales and worked around our schedule. Mark and Brain arrived on the agreed day replaced the boiler and all the radiators on the first day returning the next morning to commission the heating system. They took a thoughtful approach to the install, we were only without cold water for 30 minutes and had hot water for showers / washing available before the left on the first day. The quote price was competitive, all waste and scrap was removed and they cleaned up as they went along with little or no disruption to ourselves. Apart from a professional job they were nice people too, taking the time to explain and answer questions about the new system. I would be happy to recommended them and will look to use them again in the future.

I needed a new boiler fitted to replace one which used a shared flue (which is no longer allowed under current building regulations). I had to organise this work on my aunt's flat in Bexhill from my home in Bristol. Mark made this very easy, explaining how he would arrange for the waste gases to leave her flat, providing a detailed estimate, and keeping me informed throughout. He also sent me photographs to show the work in progress and when completed. My aunt is very pleased with the outcome and commented to me how pleasant Mark and Brian were when they did the work, and how tidy they were.

Mark did an excellent and professional job in a challenging timescale on one of the hottest days of the year. If there are any plumbing jobs beyond what I am able to do myself, he will be the first person I call.

The estimate was reasonable and the boiler fitted was of good quality with a 10 year guarantee. Splash Plumbing carried out the work very efficiently and cleanly. Mark was very pleasant and made sure I understood how the controls worked. The boiler is working very efficiently and is very quiet. I had trouble with the first wireless programmer and it was replaced immediately. I would recommend Splash to friends and neighbours.

Replacement boiler installed which works very well. The two, Mark and John who did the work were helpful and friendly. They took considerable care not to create problems or mess. They installed pipes under the hall floor a distance of 15 feet or more with only drilling two 4 inch holes which they replaced with neat plastic inserts when I was expecting the whole floor to be disrupted and as the floor was hardwood tongue and grooved would have been spoiled without their care. The new boiler works very well and has a 6 year warranty. I would definitely recommend this firm.

We had a problem with our central heating boiler. Mark came out when he said, sorted the problem and further faults which came to light, not least a small leak! We were so pleased that we asked him to return and carryout the annual service. No mess turned up when he said he would and carried out the agreed work. Will use again

Mark came to the rescue when we lost our hot water through mouse damage to the wiring of our boiler. We had used him before so had no hesitation to call him in again. He renewed our boiler quickly and efficiently. Mark does a professional job and is courteous and honest, he quotes a price and that is what you pay. During the service on our three year old boiler Mark noticed that the heat exchanger was showing signs of sludge from the old radiators. He recommended having the system flushed through which he did. The work was completed efficiently and at the price he quoted

Had our central heating, radiators and boiler replaced in mid March 2016 and we are delighted with the results. We also had a new shower fitted. The work took 1 week and was completed to a very high standard and for a very reasonable cost. Mark & Adrian had to move our furniture & books around but they were very careful and put everything back as they found it. They also removed the old pipework from the loft. This job was phase 1; phase 2 is to convert/replace our bathroom & airing cupboard into 2 shower rooms and we will definitely be using Splash Plumbing again for that job. Highly recommended.

Our boiler was over-pressuring and also required a service. Mark diagnosed the problem straight away, came really quickly, bought the parts and fixed the boiler the next day.
