We had a number of companies in to give us quotes and most sent sales reps, and were quite pushy. Springwell stood out because they were one of only two companies that sent people with ?hands on? experience. Liam arrived with 2 costed proposals and then customised them according to our requirements and was happy to answer all our questions about both jobs before and during the installation. We had a 5.6kw solar system with 2 batteries installed and a new consumer unit fitted. Seamless liaison with the scaffolder and panel delivery company. Liam and Josh were polite and friendly and left the place tidy at the end of each day. They helped us set up the solar utility app on iOS. The work took just over three days. All the electrical circuits, lights and sockets were checked as required. When the invoice was issued all the relevant certificates, data sheets and guarantees, insurance policy and schematics were provided at the same time by Chloe. We will certainly use the company if we need any electrical work doing and would highly recommend them.

Very tidy work and hard working very neat install

We had Solar Panels installed, the price was very competitive, they guys turned up and worked all day, never left site and only stopped for a short lunch. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the handover package contained all relevant documentation including guarantees and test certificates.

GiveEnergy Battery and Inverter. Had a GiveEnergy Hybrid 3.6kwh Gen 3 Inverter and 9.5kwh Battery Fitted along with 6x Trina 430w solar Panels.These Guys were Fantastic from Start to Finish,Quoted 3 Days to complete,Took 3 Days,The price Quoted was the price Paid,No hidden Extra's. They Arrived when they said they would, Recieved all Certificates and Warranties and also paperwork needed for exporting.(MCS Certificate and DNO paperwork). Even received Insurance cover for the deposit paid. If you are thinking of using Springwell Electrical, Going off my own Experience,I couldn't Praise them Enough. Its Been nearly 2 months since my Install and I've had no problems. Already Singned up to an Export Tariff,Thanks to receiving the relevant paperwork.

Springwell Electrical installed a 4.8kW PV Solar Panel system and a Solar iboost for the hot water. They arrived at the time they stated each day. While they were on site they were very professional and other than the odd noise we did not know they were busy installing the panels etc. They kept everything clean and tidy as they went along. We could not ask for better.

Job was completed to a good standard and on time with no mess left

I had Springwell Electrical Ltd install Solar PV and Batteries for me in May 2023. Prior to the install Springwell Electrical has applied for my G99 certificate from the DNO, this was granted prior to the install commencing. The experience was painless and stress free, the week before the installation was due to take place the scaffolding team turned up and put the scaffolding up on the south facing wall, the was over the roof of a first story garage with a sloped roof, there were no issues and no tiles where cracked. As planned, on the Tuesday, Liam turned up just after 8am, unloaded the panels and worked with the other guy to move the panels and rails to the house roof, they spent most of the Tuesday fitting the panels and running the cables to the garage, which is where I wanted the inverter and batteries installed. On the Wednesday, again Liam turned up just after 8am and started running cables from my consumer unit (fuse box) to the Inverter, worked on installing the inverter and connecting up the panels, by about 1pm the panels where connected to the inverter and the house was running on free electricity, only for a short period as it was a test prior to installing the batteries, once the Solar PV test was completed, Liam then installed the x4 5.12kWh FoxESS batteries. At around 15:00, they batteries where all connected up, Liam had set the Inverter up and the house was running on Solar power, which was also charging the batteries, they only required 5% as they turned up charged to 95%. more free electricity. Liam then spent the next hour, connecting the inverter to my wifi, then to the Solis Cloud and showed my how to use and configure the inverter to export to the grid and how to import from the grid when electricity is cheap. Springwell Electrical installed solar panels, batteries and a hybrid inverter for us in May of this year (2023). I had been considering a 3rd battery but Springwell advised against due what they believed would be a poor return on investment. This has since been born out. The installation was done over 4 days with scaffolding arriving the week before and then removed the week after. The install itself was done to a very high standard. I had spent weeks prior reviewing installation photos posted on Facebook before making my choice of installer, so the finished job was as I had expected, all major wiring neatly tucked inside trunking, solar panels installed neatly and all roof tiles replaced back as they had been found. The week after the install all paperwork was emailed to me including guarantees and the MCS certificate. I really cant fault any of the work carried out, the system has worked flawlessly since day 1 and my neighbour was so impressed he then ordered and had his own system fitted by Springwell some weeks after mine.
