Squabs customer service is second to none. This is why this is the second time we’ve used them. It was truly outstanding they came out to move us 48hrs after I rang up as they were able to quote using videos. It was such a relief to be phoned on the day, and told they were on their way. They were exceptionally profession in the way they packed everything and protected all the large furniture with bags and foam. Nothing was damaged. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Couldn’t have asked for harder working removals chaps in Sam and Callum. They were both so dedicated and worked their socks off to get me out, and into the new place in the day. Incredible. They were also so sweet - really friendly guys - who put me at ease and were so kind and considerate which is exactly what you want when people are moving all you worldly goods! Would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Sam and Callum!

The guys from Squab (Chris, Toby, Serg, Simon, Liam and Sam) did a fantastic job. Their services were invaluable and I don’t know how we would have done it without them. They were friendly, polite, kind to my kids and put in two days of Herculean effort to get us moved. Before the move it was a difficult thought to pay for a full pack and move service. After it, I’m in no doubt I’d use them again in a heartbeat and actually it was good value.

Chris, Sam & Simon were very courteous and worked extremely hard on a hot day. We didn’t need the contents of a waste paper bin that got wrapped up! We were two hours later than expected leaving our previous home so it was nearly 7 in the evening by the time everything had been off loaded. By then additional help had been sought. A internal door was damaged. Removers took a photograph and I have reported it and waiting for contractor to submit a quote for repair. All in all we are very satisfied with the service and feel the price we paid was very good value.

Sam, Liam and John? were superb, great teamwork, very customer oriented and made our removal day go as well as anyone could hope for. Great expertise and very helpful. Arrived on time and nothing too much trouble. Brilliant in fact.

We used Squab for removals and have no hesitation in recommending them. They turned up on time, made a point of introducing themselves and were polite, courteous, thoughtful and extremely hardworking. They took great care at both ends of the move, putting protective covers on carpets and putting furniture into position at the new property. It was a very hot day but Sam, Liam and Matt worked tirelessly and were absolute superstars. Liam and Sam also took some goods into storage for us and stacked that fantastically well. The service at the storage facility was welcoming and thorough. We have been really impressed with the whole team. They weren’t the cheapest but the service has been excellent.

Chris, Liam and Sam were brilliant! They made moving so much less stressful, were kind to my baby boy (who was fascinated by them) and went above and beyond the ensure we had all we needed before they left. They were very respectful of both houses and ensured all floors were covered and left the rooms tidy and easy for us to move around over the couple of days they packed everything up. I found the company to be friendly, very easy to deal with and they gave us a clear quote that we felt was very good value for money. I cannot recommend them highly enough, thanks guys!

Efficient, professional and very helpful. Lots of advice on how to prepare. Easy to talk to and practical advice. Very helpful with all packing supplies provided and even with last minute requests for extra boxes supplied quickly. This was our 4th house move but first using Squab and first as a family of 4 with 2 young children, a busy life and plenty of stuff. In our reasonable experience Squab have been by far the best company to use for removals and previously we have used other household names. They are a very approachable company, they operated with flexibility to fit our schedules and all the staff we encountered were polite and understanding of our needs. We opted for a two day move with packing service, day 1 covered the majority of the work meaning day 2 felt quite relaxed. Unfortunately our keys were late, but we purchased the late key waiver (recommended, if last in chain, which we were) - this meant that the team were with us until quite late and showed patience given the circumstances - we even had the founder of the company pop by to help - showing a real team-effort. Highly recommend.

From initial mt , company impressed at all levels . Efficient , reliable , flexible . Very professional, caring team including office staff . Sensitive to quite complex move issues , changing their schedule in response . Would highly recommend as felt at all times in safe hands .

From initial contact to completion of removal the service from Squab was excellent. Professional, friendly and helpful and very good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble to the team who attended and the office staff were efficient and professional Would thoroughly recommend Squab.

These guys were great. Simon and James on the pre-pack and they and Sam on the day. Communication all day was clear with constant checks about what needed to go where and how I wanted things positioned. They weren’t fazed by the late access to the property and the even later access to the garage (another story!) and remained calm, cheerful and very polite throughout. This is the second time I’ve used Squab for a house move and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We booked Squab at very short notice and they fitted us in to their schedule without any issue even working to our specific dates when asked. The team were excellent, professional and made the whole move seamless! Sam and Simon worked well loading my furniture and boxes onto the van They were professional, polite and friendly. They really helped to make me feel confident and relaxed. Squab crew James, Simon and Sam moved us out of our home on 2 May 2023 and James, Chris and Sam moved us into our new home on 20 June 2023. All the crew were excellent, worked calmly and efficiently and were friendly and very polite at all times. It was pouring with rain on our move in but they carried on without complaint. Our new home is a penthouse apartment with steep stairs and some heavy furniture so not an easy move in. We had a heavy dining table which they had previously dismantled and wrapped as if for export. The crew spent time resembling it correctly, difficult to realign but did not leave until they had made sure we were happy with everything. The next week the office arranged for the empty boxes to be picked up on the same day I telephoned them. Excellent service. Vicky in the office and James Bolitho Branch Manager deserve a mention too for their efficient work. Our furniture was in their storage facility for 6 weeks which again worked well with no problems. We would not hesitate to recommend Squab to friends and family.

Having been let down by another removal company the week before our move date, Squab really did save the day. Paul was extremely helpful arranging our move and very attentive from beginning to end. Simon and Liam were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and good humoured throughout. They packed everything very carefully and, hence, no breakages at the other end. They really are great lads. We would highly recommend Sqwab to anyone.

Sam and James moved all of our furniture out of their storage and into our new house. They worked hard and with good humour. They always checked if items weren’t clearly marked, so everything went into the right place. I have used Squab before. They are great.

Our first impressions were good as the team at squab were very helpful in all our dealings beforehand. Simon and Dan were professional, careful, polite and thorough while packing and moving, and remained cheerful throughout, despite the lift being out of order! They definitely helped to ease what could have been a stressful day and we would certainly recommend them.

Work done on time, on budget and with no breakages. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had previously used them for an office move and on the strength of that chose them to do our house move also. Both moves went seamlessly.

We booked three storage crates to take the contents of our garage/storeroom and kitchen utility room while we had building work done to our house. Dan and Paul were brilliant during both the removal and return of all the contents, we couldn’t have aske for a better service.

I have used Squab Leamington for packing and removal. The initial survey by James provided the reassurance I needed and stopped me from feeling overwhelmed. The whole process was explained clearly and a flexible solution was provided to my staged process of removal. Vicky was on hand to answer any queries and to take an order for bubble wrap for me to do some of my own packing. Chris took charge of most of the packing the day before the removal, and then the team including Chris as well as Sam and James spent a day packing and removing. The work was done with great care, all the while checking in with me and explaining how everything was to be carefully crated. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

James from Squab provided the removal and storage quote confidently and offered solutions to manage some more difficult items. The 3 man crew on removal day James, Chris and Sam were efficient respectful and friendly making the move less stressful. The office dealt with the paperwork quickly. All our house contents are in storage with them for the next few weeks and feel confident the move to our new property will be the same good experience.
