This was the second time we had used Square Deals Limited, and they did not disappoint. From the first contact up to completion of the installation of our new windows and doors, communication was on-point. Throughout the process, we were given clear guidance on the price and likely installation period. The price was extremely competitive and useful suggestions were provided at the initial specification stage. The three installers were all very respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. Installation was carried out exactly to schedule and to a very high standard. I could not recommmend Square Deals Limited enough!

All appointments were on time. The job was carried out by 3 friendly, considerate workers. It was completed to a high standard at the time specified. I was entirely happy with all aspects of Square Deals.

Square Deals handled everything from initial enquiry and survey to installation and completion in a friendly and professional way. We expected more decorating afterwards but there is very little tidying up to do. Excellent value, on budget and on time. We had 11 uPVC Sash and 2 casement windows replaced over a 3 day period. From start to finish all staff were extremely helpful, polite and efficient in the provision of their service. This was all that we had hoped for, as we had received so many positive comments from other customers locally. Their reputation was fully justified and although we had worried over the provision of wood effect uPVC vs really wood, the quality of the windows and the fitting was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of this team and the service they provide.

It it the third time I have used this company, this alone says it all. Every time their team finished the job there was never any mess to clear up, very efficient and professionals. As well as no putting any pressure on me on their quote it states "invoice payable only on completion of work and complete satisfaction". I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish the service was outstanding. We had two sets of French doors replaced as well as two large windows. We were given expert and helpful advice at the beginning with absolutely no obtrusive sales pitch. The job itself was completed in two days with the very minimum of disruption and the house was left tidy and clean. We are delighted with the result, which exceeds are highest expectations. The fitters themselves were very friendly and more than willing to explain what they were doing and patiently answer questions. They worked extremely hard and were thoroughly conscientious with all the finishing details. Square Deal quoted for and undertook the replacement of 6 windows and a front door to our house we are living in and refurbishing. We are delighted with the result of this work and the look it has given to our house. The work undertaken was done on time and as agreed with us, the staff did we feel great job removing all debris etc. and leaving our house in a thoroughly clean & tidy condition. Team arrived on time and started immediately. We were having two windows fitted and a replacement sealed unit. The team were excellent and got on with the work and finished mid morning. Very satisfied with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. The fitters were excellent and very pleasant.

I've just had two new composite doors fitted by Square Deals and the quality of the product and their staff is still as good as it was five years ago when I used them. Such a refreshing change to find a firm these days who genuinely do give great customer service and back that up with skilled and polite fitters who have improved the look of my house so much. This company was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed . As usual I got 3 quotes for the same work (new door and replacement large windows ) and they came out the best. They delivered what I wanted even though it was "bespoke" to me. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The fitters were courteous and respectful - removing their shoes when coming into the house. Their work was excellent. I also had the benefit of not paying anything until the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having new windows or doors.

We were very pleased to use this company who were excellent from the initial meeting and quote to the completion of a new roof, the fitting of new window units and a whole new window. The workmen were pleasant, thorough, punctual and very proficient.

Over the past 10 years we have used Square Deals to replace our front door and a number of windows in our house and conservatory. The latest job was to replace an internal door with a fully glazed unit. As we always expect, Square Deals’ excellent customer service starts from the moment you first contact them. The initial consultation is always thoroughly professional and honest, as is the job survey. The installation service is always swift and carried out to the highest standard. That was definitely the case with the latest job, which was completed to our complete satisfaction with no mess and minimal disruption.

Despite the door taking approx. 11 weeks to arrive (we were warned about this anyway when ordering it) we had a very positive experience with Square Deals Our fitter, James, went above and beyond for us, especially because the door didn't convince me when I first saw it, since I was under the impression we had ordered something different (I was wrong) James took the time to explain why the door was the way it was and he managed to make me like it in the end. His work was very neat and he was really friendly, patient and understanding throughout. He even returned for a second visit to fix a gap between the door and the floor - something that probably was out of his remit but it really made a massive difference. We would recommend Square Deals for the quality of the door and also for the friendly and attentive to detail staff.

We had 9 windows and 2 sets of double doors replaced. The team at Square Deals were fantastic every step of the process -- excellent communication, on time to every appointment, and made extra effort to turn around our installation quickly to fit around our house move. They made the whole experience stress-free and the end result is excellent quality, even though the upstairs doors were really tricky to fit. We're so impressed we've been recommending them to everybody even if they don't need new windows :)

We had four of our windows replaced and a door. All work was done to an excellent quality and the clearing up afterwards was extremely thorough. We are very happy with what we had done and will not hesitate to contact Square Deal Limited when we are ready for the rest of the bungalow windows to be double glazed.

I used Square Deals Ltd (on recommendation from a friend) to replace 3 single glazed sash windows with double glazed ones and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! From my initial enquiry through to the day of installation, everyone I spoke to at Square Deals provided a friendly, professional and efficient service. The survey was carried out quickly and the price I was quoted was fair. When it came to installation, the two men who carried out the work fitted the new windows with care and great skill so my new windows look fantastic! All in all, Square Deals provided an excellent, 5 star service and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Just had 6 windows replaced by Square Deals Ltd. From start to finish the service we received was 5 star. The price quoted was very reasonable. Communication throughout was great. On the day the fitters who came were very friendly and professional and did a great job. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

We recently used Square Deals Ltd to replace a door, cill and side panel at our rental property in York, following a recommendation made by our locksmith. I was very impressed from my initial contact with the company. They came out twice ahead of carrying out the actually installation work: firstly, to quote for the work and secondly, to measure up. Both times they arrived within the window of time agreed. They quickly reissued a quote when certain changes were required. The door panel, cill and side panel were constructed within the period of time quoted by the company. The installation work was carried out to a very high standard of workmanship. The fitters were very courteous and did everything I asked of them.

Replaced our existing 5 large sliding sash windows with Upvc units. All work carried out on dates agreed, competently and efficiently. All rubbish taken away and our home left clean and tidy. We're very happy with the style and finish of the windows. Square Deals were easy to deal with, from the initial assessment (NO hard sell!), the quote, subsequent visit to the showroom, confirmation of the order, final survey, installation date and actual installation. This review may sound too good to be true, but honestly, that's how it was.

The entire experience dealing with Square Deals has been first class. The fitting team enjoyed loads of banter with me especially James which made the whole experience more enjoyable. Cannot find any fault with the product installation or the end result. Every day they cleaned up areas worked in. I can fully recommend Square Deals for any of their products you require.
