We had our en suite bathroom completely gutted and turned into a walk-in shower, which meant new tiling, wall panelling, re-plastering, strengthening of one wall to accommodate a folding shower seat, installing shower niches and replacing the plaster boarding on two walls. Phil, Keith, Robbie and Mel are consummate professionals who pay attention to every detail and ensured a superb finish. Debbie had inexhaustible patience in sourcing my “antique brass/old gold” fittings. The result is a now a light, warm and luxurious shower room that would grace a boutique hotel. So thrilled with my new room!

Very helpful, initial help over the phone when first contacted in. Managed to book me in with an appointment as soon as availability came through. The instal was very professional and quick. The guys were very helpful in explaining everything.

We engaged Stable Heating Services to repair a damaged waste pipe that was difficult to access. We received honest and sensible advice which turned out to reflect the underlying problem. Phil took time to give advice over the phone and this continued with Robbie who came to have a look for the quote. The repair work was undertaken quickly, cleanly, and when additional and unexpected work was required, the guys on-site were open about this. Stable Heating were also able to fix at very short notice our boiler that another company had failed to repair (which resulted in us having our gas supply cut-off). I would highly recommend Stable Heating Services and they are now my first point of contact for any plumbing/boiler related issues.

A friend recommended Phil as my combi boiler has been playing up for a while and finally stopped working. He asked a lot of questions over the phone, came and diagnosed the issue, sources the part required and fitted me in at extremely short notice as I had already been without heating and hot water for 4 days when I contacted him. Phil gave me an appointment time, called to say he and one of his team were on their way. The fan was replaced, he explained why it had needed replacing. He then did a full service on the boiler, cleaned everything out, checked emissions, bled all the radiators. Phil and Rob were really efficient, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I expected the bill to be higher as the job was more involved. Pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the invoice was. The boiler worked perfectly, is much quieter, and hot water came through consistently. They left the kitchen exactly as they found it - possibly even a little cleaner and tidier. The service sheet was explained to me really well. Great company, excellent customer service, reliable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Phil and his team. I generally don't like strangers in my home, but felt very comfortable with Phil and Rob there.

We had a new boiler and several new radiators installed after moving into a new house. The team were brilliant in terms of their workmanship, ensuring the finish was top notch. Phil and the team were also very polite and were happy to explain what they were doing - and also helped out and did a few other bits and pieces which were not part of the original job to help out. They also provided advice and support during the job in terms of other works which we were thinking of doing in future. I would happily recommend them (and plan to keep using them myself in future).

We had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed together with a new radiator. Everything was clearly explained and Phil and the team worked really hard. Phil made sure everything was working correctly and explained how to use all the controls. We had an issue with our shower pump afterwards (fitted previously by someone else) which Phil and Rob came and resolved promptly. Would highly recommend Stable Heating.

We have been using Stable Heating for quite some years now, for all heating/plumbing/gas requirements. I would recommend Stable Heating, they serviced my boiler and helped me to get a repair FOC from Valliant although my warranty had just run out.

Needed a new boiler and this company was recommended and I am so glad I used them. Very informative on contact and excellent admin services. Affordable quote for the work required, friendly knowledgeable workmen who arrived on time and ensured my property was left as found when work completed. All in all I have to say excellent service. The two guys that installed our new boiler were really lovely. They were clean, tidy, courteous and worked hard. They were v safety conscious with regards to COVID-19 too. They even made time to make a fuss of our slightly nervous puppy. Really pleased, would highly recommend them.

I had a new boiler installed by Phil and Rob. They were very thorough and professional when they came to quote for the job, and were able to install the boiler within a few days, which was much appreciated as my ancient old boiler was no longer working! They did an excellent job, were quick, tidy, and polite at all times. Phil kept me informed of any minor hitches while doing the work. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Phil and Robin arrived at the time we arranged which is rare amongst tradesmen . They replaced a shower and worked carefully and quickly . The new shower riser rail was shorter than the present rail ; Phil filled the hole so expertly that I could not find it . The fitter who installed the bathroom put the shower bar in so that it was not level . Without drilling new holes, Phil managed to put the new bar in so that it was straight . Everything was left clean and tidy and the new shower is a joy. Another thing that really impressed me was how polite Phil and Robin were . I would use this firm again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation .
