I had heard from others that Stagsolar were an excellent company so I asked them to quote. Richard came to my home and did a thorough survey followed by a Computer rendition of my site and the potential usage that I would get from the solar panels. He was thoroughly professional in his approach and so were his team. I agreed to the purchase and the installation went ahead without any problems. Stag solar fitted solar power system to our house, with a total of 17 solar panels and a 13kwh battery. Stag did an excellent job, with no issues encountered. The design and quotation process was really quick and informative, with various options discussed before the ideal solution was chosen. The installation was booked in within a couple of weeks. The installation team did a brilliant job, for instance discussing the best way to keep the cables as neatly hidden as possible. The job was finished and providing us with all our electricity within two days.

We had a solar panels installed with a hybrid inverter and batteries. The care and attention to detail while creating a proposal gave us a good feeling about the ethics of the company. installation and commissioning was done with equal professionalism. After a year we were so pleased with the system that we called them back in to add more panels. Highly recommended.

I contacted Stag Solar following completing an initial quote template on their website. Happy with the rough costs provided I requested a home visit to provide a personal quote for my property. Within the next morning I was contacted and had booked a visit within a couple of days which worked for me. During the home survey I explained to Richard our ideal requirements if we were to upgrade your existing system. I found Richard's knowledge very informative and was able to offer a couple of options and able to explain the difference between and also recommend but did not try to hard sell any of the options. A written quote was presented the following day which broke down the costs as well as all the potential savings etc. I decided to use Stag Solar as promised carried out a cradle to grave project which included the installation of an access scaffold, removing the existing solar panels and replacing them with matching roof tiles. Installing new solar panels and battery storage. I had gone to a number of other solar companies however none of the others would cover or include the cost to remove my existing solar panels and replace with matching tiles. The other contractors would only install the solar panels, battery etc and I would have to arrange for another to remove the old. Unlike the others Stag Solar included this in their costs and was competitive in price to the others. On instructing Stag Solar that I would like for them to carry out my project following this I was kept informed all the way by Marcus who provided me with dates for the scaffold install as well as electricians attending and deliveries. When the guys were on site they were professional from the scaffolders talking to my neighbours when as the scaffold had to be installed in there garden, the solar panels team updating us at the end of they day and the electrician so as I sometimes worked from home discussed with us when and how long the power could be disconnected during the install. Following the install I have received all the O&M within a week and the guarantee for there workmanship I an extremely happy with the service Stag Solar have provided that I have already recommended then to neighbours who have asked about the recent works completed and I am confident that should I have any issue in the future with my system installed that they would be able to provide a service in either maintenance, upgrading or recommending improvements.

I had a solar panel and battery installation. I used Stag Solar as they installed solar on the roof of our village hall and were recommended to me. I am Very happy with the installation, the engineers turned up on time, were polite, efficient and worked to get the installation completed (even as it was getting dark). The system is working as promised, the panels are efficient, producing power even on the most dismal winters day and a battery is must (I have already had one power outage which has been covered by the battery). From getting a quote to installation was very smooth. We had 14 panels with battery storage installed. Cannot fault Stag Solar. No major issues but the two small ones, leaking gutter and loose tile, which may have been done when scaffolding taken down, was fixed with a day of reporting. I have already recommended Stag Solar to friends and work colleagues. Getting into a tariff seemed to be a mine field but Marcus was great with advice.
