I have used Steve on numerous occasions whenever I need a heating engineer or any plumbing jobs and if at all possible would always wait till he is available. I first contacted Steve for an annual boiler service as his reviews on the community social network were excellent and his prices were fair. I have since used him for a radiator valve replacement as well as a soil pipe replacement and have booked him for my next annual service. He is efficient, trustworthy and works to a professional standard.I'm extremely satisfied that I have found an excellent trades person I can rely on.

During annual boiler gas maintenance Steve discovered a small gas leak caused by old pipe work - he agreed to fix it and went off and purchased the parts needed and returned in the evening and was here for 2 hours undertaking the necessary work. He had previously worked in the evening a couple of years ago on another job to make sure we had heating. He is loyal to his customers and is always positive and helpful.

Steve has been serving my boiler for 4 years plus other small jobs. He is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. Last year my boiler needed a lot of spare parts and he advised me to take a contract out with the manufacturer as it would be cheaper. He always puts his client first. I highly recommend.
