NO certification given after paying invoice.

Job: EICR Testing and PAT TESTING. Steve visited to carry out the testing, I paid the invoice promptly. Neither certificate sent, before chasing twice. 1st EICR sent was incorrectly filled in with missing address details – so not valid. I still have no PAT test certificate for appliances tested. I requested an electronic copy as the paper copy was ‘in the post’. Nothing received by email or post. Rang a few times - usual excuses - computer problems, been busy, it’s in the post. I still haven’t received this certificate after 8 weeks. Email correspondence was swift to start with, but as soon as the invoice was paid, I have received no correspondence at all. No apologies, no certificate, no refund of services paid for. If you have the misfortune of using this company, DON’T pay their INVOICE before you have received all certification/documentation.

After drilling through a wire I called Steve for emergency help and he came round within a few hours. He was polite, skilled and did the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself.

Steve came and fitted a new electrical heater in my bathroom for a very reasonable price within a few days of my enquiry to him. Helpful and courteous, he was a tidy worker and wore a mask whilst in the house. Highly recommended!

Full rewire at short notice

I made contact with Steve and we arranged a same day visit for the quotation, Steve was down to earth and explained in simple terms on what was required. He gave an on the spot verbal price followed by a written quotation I accepted and we agreed a start date, Steve's team turned up on time every day as agreed. Any mess was cleaned up and disruption was minimal, floors carpets all back in place by mid afternoon. The total cost was very realistic and did not change from the original quotation. I have already given his number to friends who also need a rewire. Most pleased.
