Sullivans Roofing Services are experienced roofers and were able to accurately assess and price the work in advance to provide a competitive quotation. They stripped the existing roof tiles and battens, installed new breathable membrane and flashings and fixed new plain roof tiles on new battens. They carried out the work diligently to a good standard, leaving the site clean and tidy. I would use them again.

Completely removed the existing roof covering including damaged chipboard decking to the rear Dormer extension. Supplied and fitted new OSB sheeting, new insulation and made provision for ventilation. To increase drainage fall, new timber furring pieces were fitted to the joists. 3 layers of new felt were fixed using the best material available. They also removed the felt roof covering to the rear ground floor extension and re-covered the flat roof area with new 3 layers of felt. All the above work was carried out very professionally well within the quoted price. For me, Andy and his hard-working team stood out because they were all very polite and obliging. After receiving the quote so promptly (within a few hours) we asked Andy to come round to explain a few points we were not clear about. He found the time and was only happy to come around and explained clearly what work needed doing and what he would do to put it right. He always explained what work they had done and what more work would be done the next day. The trader has an excellent attitude to work. Always turned up on time and after each day's hard work cleared the mess and left everything in a tidy state. He never pressurised us about paying him upfront. Sullivans were recommended to us for work needed on the fascias, soffits, and rainwater gutterings of our 1930’s house. Having discussed our requirements, Andy Sullivan offered helpful, practical advice and had a refreshing ‘can do’ approach to the whole project. Mr. Sullivan has carried out several roofing repairs for me, including recently, removal of a chimney stack and replacement of a sofit board. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and completed the work in a very professional manner. He also noticed some small additional problems and rectified them at no additional cost. Look no further than Sullivans for a 100 percent reliable roofing contractor. They stripped out and replaced all the roof tiling and the facing tiles on our double-dormer extension, also replacing guttering complete with upvc facias. All work and materials were of the highest quality and completed within our budget. Top marks to Andy and his team!

Mr Sullivan came to the rescue! A vulnerable elderly gentleman, living on his own in South Harrow was almost ‘scammed’ by a rogue builder who knocked on his door saying he was just passing and noticed his roof tiles needed looking at. He went up, looked and said it would cost at least £5,000 and would be back in a few days to start work. When I heard this, I contacted ‘Which’ who gave me some Trusted builders numbers. I rang the first one - ‘’Sullivan’s Roofing Co,’ I told Mrs Sullivan what happened. I had problems in finding a company with the knowledge and ability to fit specialist netting to prevent pigeons nesting under solar panels. Andy Sullivan had past experience having previously fitted many similar installations. After initial enquiry, he visited promptly; provided detailed written quote; ordered specialist kit; completed work within a week of placing order; work completed efficiently and and area below thoroughly cleaned up after work completed. Mr. Sullivan came highly recommended by a fellow tradesman, his quote for a complete re-roof was competitive, so we arranged a start date in mid-March. From day one he was up against it, as my neighbor had previously used a dubious loft converter ( who hid their misgivings with copious amounts of cement and Ridge tiles). This made a tidy crossing between our terraced properties extremely difficult. During the work, he managed to improve the overall function of my existing valleys and guttering and also managed to conceal unsightly co-ax and Sky cables. On job completion, as well as achieving an exceptional finish on my own roof, he had also managed to improve the finish of next door's conversion. Before leaving site his team cleaned from valleys and gutters through to window sills and driveway, with the Skip and Scaffolding being removed within twenty-four hours of their departure. All in all an excellent job was finished on-time and in the budget , with the management of the work causing the minimum amount of disruption to myself and my neighbors.

I agreed with him as the roof was previously done by a cowboy builder. The work was carried out by his expert team with great professionalism. I am very satisfied with their work as the roof now is perfect both in functionality and cosmetically. The price quoted was very reasonable. Mr Sullivan provided an initial quote for works. He identified the main issue unlike other roofers. The quote given for works was reasonable in comparison to others. Mr Sullivan attended on time. They completed the works ahead of time with two workers. I cannot comment on quality of workmanship as I'm not a professional roofer, until next rain or storm (fingers crossed). All I can say is they were polite, tidy and efficient. I am positive the works have been done to a high standard or he will come back to remedy. I would recommend Sullivans.

We are responsible for the maintenance and repair of a community hall in the Harrow area and recently we've been having a lot of problems with leaks into the building. We obtained several quotes for the section of roof needing repair but decided to use Sullivans as the quote was reasonable and Andy Sullivan has been helpful to us in the past. We've just had a new roof fitted by Sullivans. Very pleased with end result also had new cladding ,gutters and fascia boards fitted. All work was carried out on time and on price.They are not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for and we got a first class job they also cleaned up each day. Work done: New flat roof over extension with new insulation, replacing old wooden soffits/fascias with new plastic ones (I'd recommend this to one and all!), and replace guttering. New flat roofs over two bay windows adding insulation where there was none. Schedule: Had to chase for a start date since they are so busy but once given started on the date given. Cost: Final invoice spot on the quotation. Cleared all the rubbish each day. Worked virtually non-stop since short days this time of year.

Andy Sullivan is deservedly a busy guy, but he fitted in a day's work fixing rotten battens and rehanging slipped tiles on my bay window. A neat job at a competitive price, on the basis of which I would definitely recommend him.

Mr Sullivan carried out work to the Fascia boards, Soffit boards and replaced the rain-water guttering, the works were carried out to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Sullivan.
