Sunrise Windows (Plymouth) Ltd

Window and two doors installed by this company in 2016. We expect double glazing to last longer than eight years and have windows in our property that are still perfect having been fitted over ten years ago. Yet the glass in our doors is misting internally, indicating that the sealed unit has failed. Sunrise inform us that the guarantee period for this is just five years and we are shocked. Internet searches suggest that such units should have a life span of some twenty years, so clearly we lucked out in our choice of company. Think twice and ask about guarantee periods before choosing this company.

We had all our windows replaced and the facias and guttering renewed along with a new front door and rear patio doors. Excellent firm from start to finish. The house needed scaffolding to complete the works and this was done quickly and efficiently before the job started. The fitters arrived on the arranged start date. There were two fitters, Mike and Wayne who worked hard to get the job done. Good tidy workers. Job completed to time stated. Any little snags were quickly rectified. Excellent quality windows. From the very beginning, Mark was the only sales rep (out of 4 businesses) who turned up wearing a shirt and tie. He was also the only one who bought a sample window and handle with him. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our queries and questions in a professional and friendly manner. He left us with a quote for the work, with no sales pressure. We accepted the quote which remained unchanged. An excellent job was done by their fitters Mike and Wayne when installing 3 doors and 7 windows. They communicated clearly and turned up on time each day. They did a super job and took pride in what they did, taking time to install each door or window but also the little things that make a job look complete. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They were happy to explain things and were always courteous and polite. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving our property clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Sunrise Windows and their sales reps and fitters.

Contacted Sunrise Windows for doors and windows for an extension I was having built after my builder said that they were the only company he would recommend and use. Prompt visit from Ross (owner) and after discussions and recommendations quote was received and goods were ordered - French Doors, normal door and two windows. Installation was on the day it was arranged fand booked in for and was quick and professional. No mess all neat and tidy. Excellent service all round from start to finish.

Sunrise windows are a local business with many years of experience. We recently had windows replaced at the front of our property. The installers were punctual and set to work immediately on arrival, laying down protective dust sheets before setting to work. We are thrilled with the final product and on completion everything was cleared up and old units taken away for recycling. Would definitely recommend Sunrise Windows to any prospective customers.

Had our conservatory roof replaced. They listed to what we required, gave their professional advice, estimated the cost and gave us as start dates. They turned up as agreed, polite, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Did the work to a very high standard, keep us informed, left the area clean. We are very happy with the new roof and would definitely recommend them .

Sunrise replaced all of my doors and windows. I liked the fact they are local and were 100% honest with their quote from the start (whereas other companies quoted double and then reduced their quotes). All work done to agreed schedule and budget. Communication excellent, workmen really trustworthy and clean. Email correspondence was always efficient and replied to quickly.

It's not often that I leave reviews but have used Sunrise Windows many times at different locations. I had a problematic leak in a window that was badly installed many years ago in a dormer roof. When they removed the old window they spent quite some time in ensuring that the new window was completely water tight and am glad to say that, even after the terrible weather we have had over the past few days, they have done a fantastic job. I have been in the maintenance business for many years and so can appreciate good workmanship when I see it. The 2 guys that fitted the window were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. Needless to say I will be continuing to use Sunrise Windows in the future and suggesting them as a recommendation. Thanks guys.
