The service provided was professional and thorough. Prompt and courteous service, met time deadline. We were very happy with the work Paul undertook and has exceeded our expectations. Our boiler had been working intermittently so a call to these guys and an engineer was with me the following afternoon. The faulty igniter was located quickly as the problem and fortunately, as the spare was carried in stock it was replaced there and then. Excellent!

About mid-morning today I realised that the central heating was not working and as a 77-year old I was beginning to feel the cold somewhat. Having tried 2 other traders, one of whom responded saying he was fully booked until January and the other not responding I phoned Surrey Heating. Whilst initially told that they could not guarantee to get somebody to me today but they would try. Subsequently, I got a message from them to say Paul would be able to get to me later in the afternoon. He phoned about 4.00 pm to say he was on his way and he arrived shortly before 4.30. Having checked the boiler and then the 'receiver' in the airing cupboard he diagnosed that there was a problem with the receiver and was able to get a replacement from his van and fitted it and after marrying it up with the room thermostat everything began to work as it should and the heating was restored. I am full of praise for their service and particularly for their employee Paul Lunn.

I hadn’t used this company before but had problems with my boiler & they had good reviews so thought I’d give them a call. As soon as I explained the problem on the phone Ryan knew exactly what was wrong & how to fix it. He sent me a very reasonable quote within 30mins & came the later the same day to fix it. Fantastic service, quick, efficient & really knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs, highly recommend them.

I have used "Surrey Heating Specialists" a few times now and I cannot recommend them enough. I have used them on behalf of my elderly Aunt, they always respond as quickly as possible, and treat my Aunt with the up most respect. The charges are always made clear and are reasonable.

Boiler packed up and having tried numerous other engineers to no avail, Ryan was recommended to us and came straight over, despite a busy schedule, and new boiler fitted by lunchtime the next day. Our heating system is not particularly straight forward but he got to grips with it quickly and he and his colleague sorted everything out for us efficiently and promptly under Covid regulations.

Called Saturday morning saying I thought my boiler was playing up - lukewarm radiators. Got a call back within couple of hours saying engineer would be with me on Monday, even gave me a time window. Monday John the engineer phoned me to say he would be with me shortly, and he was. Nice guy, talked to me, listened to me, put me right on a couple of things. Then he checked the system - boiler, two-way valves, more questions. Cleaned the condensate filter balanced the rads and recommended a change to the timing of the heating/hot water to limit overlap. He also advised me about a possible restrictor on the hot water system to improve flow to the rads. All checked and done in the hour. My heating is now working a treat. Brilliant service by all, thoroughly recommend them.

Nice people to have in your house – and that counts for a lot. We were very pleased with the promptness of response and the quality of service including supplying and fitting a new boiler.

I had to call out the company I am Insured with as my boiler was leaking. I was told I needed a power flush and nothing could be done until that was done. So my boiler was left leaking. I was not totally convinced so saw Surrey Heating Specialist on the red card that comes through the door. Rang them told the situation. The first question I was asked was "Why do you need a Power flush." I knew at once I could trust this company not to rip me off.!! Next morning Ryan arrived and went through the Boiler checked the water which was as clear as a bell no sludge in site as I had been told. Found the leak and has made everything as it should be . I now have a very happy boiler. I cannot praise Ryan enough for his business approach and the way he sorted the problem. I will now be going on the company boiler service contract. Thank you Ryan for turning a very stressful situation. into a happy one.

Our old boiler had broken down beyond repair and Ryan at Surrey Heating Specialists promptly gave us a quote suited to our budget and was able to supply and fit a new boiler and Flue for us within 24 hours on New Year’s Eve. Both he and colleague Mark were very friendly and worked tirelessly doing a really efficient and professional job. Would certainly recommend to others.

We had a boiler fault on a Saturday. Our usual boiler engineer does not work at weekends and I left messages with two other firms around 8.30 a.m. neither of whom had replied by 12.30 pm. I called Surrey Heating Specialists and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who efficiently took the relevant details. I was called back by the engineer within half an hour or so and after checking some things with me on the phone said he would text me when he was on the way. He was as good as his word, arrived and fixed the problem with the minimum of fuss. Our boiler was back working around 3 p.m. and I have still not heard from the two people I left messages with. The engineer was knowledgeable and polite and I am sure that we will be transferring all future business to him.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company. On all occasions the work was carried out efficiently and quickly. The site was left clean and tidy. The response time was always less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them.

I had a new Worchester Bosh boiler fitted today by Surrey Heating Specialist. The workmen arrived on time and worked non stop. They were experienced fitters and nice with it. My price was as quoted and old boiler and all rubbish collected. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

I got my boiler serviced, and was very pleased with everything. Ryan called to give notice before arriving, and was very friendly and professional on the job. I understand he also performed an extra safety test that isn't required by law, so that gives me extra piece of mind and makes me feel that he's doing a very professional job. I have had Surrey Heating Specialists service my boiler for three years now, and have not had any problems so far. Overall, I'm very happy with the company and would - and have, in fact - recommend them to other people I know.

Ryan was great from start to finish. Came out the next day, gave sound advice about which smart thermostat to purchase, serviced the boiler at the same time with a discount and helped to explain how a problem of dropping pressure could be happening and made a plan to sort this out. Couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favour and give him call.

Surrey Heating showed up on time, patiently explained our options and gave a thorough estimate. We wanted to improve our water flow rate while also replacing an old boiler/water tank setup in a small house with two bathrooms. We ended up with an accumulator and combi-boiler that is so far making everyone happy. The company was able to schedule the work in the timeframe we requested and then worked hard as an excellent team to get the job done. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I had a Combi boiler installed by surrey heating specialists today and I’m very happy with the boiler and the workmanship. It was installed in a day and the workers were quick, efficient and tidy. The price was very reasonable and I also had 3 radiators fitted. I opted for hive heating and I am more than happy with the customer service from this company. I highly recommend them.

I had issues where I had no central heating and had another plumber come out prior that temporarily fixed the issue and was not able to resolve it. Ryan came out the same day, identified the issue immediately and fixed it all for a very reasonable price. They also offer a great care plan which is a lot cheaper then other plans out there, with great service.

Our original boiler died after 30 years this week. I contacted Ryan who came round the same day to give advice and quote for a new installation. Joe and Mark came the following day to carry out the installation. They did a brilliant job, moving the boiler upstairs and worked like trojans for 11 hours to ensure we had heat and hot water that same day. They left everything tidy and disposed of all the rubbish. Since then Ryan has been and fitted a Hive which is great and so easy to use. A first class job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Great Service in every aspect.
