About
Surrey Plumbing Solutions are a family run, Warlingham village based business which is owned and run by Lee Ekins.
Lee has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and is qualified not only to advanced craft level, but has also completed his Higher National Certificate in Building Services Engineering. More recently he has also completed courses for Honeywell, Aqualisa and Veissman amongst others. In March 2020 we have also become members of the Water industry approved plumbers scheme.
We offer the full range of plumbing and heating services, everything from a complete bathroom installation to a dripping tap, a leaking radiator to a new boiler.
Additionally, we provide a power flushing service and are members of the power flush association.
We find that the majority of our work comes from recommendation so we pride ourselves on being a company that provides a quality installation with an efficient and friendly manner.

Lee was very helpful in his initial advice on the job (total bathroom refit). He was quick to provide a very competitive quote. The work was completed quickly, to a high standard. He was a very neat worker and showed respect for my home. On top of this, he was very accommodating over a last-minute change to the work need and, again, very helpful with his advice. Would highly recommend Lee and will certainly turn to him for any help in the future!

I needed to arrange the installation of a new gas oven for my elderly father. Most people I contacted were not interested but Lee responded quickly, was helpful in arranging everything and was spot on with his estimate. He made sure everything was working before leaving and was happy for me to arrange payment the following week as I was abroad on holiday but handling things for my father. I would recommend Lee as a trustworthy person who does what he says he will do.

Resolve mains water stop cock supply and washing machine isolation issues

Installation of new washing machine revealed cold water isolation valve did not function and mains cold water stop cock was seized. My priority was the mains stop cock which had seized up and after discussion with Lee on the suitability of its current position was relocated to under the stairs, in the general area of the utility meters. Next fix was the washing machine isolation valve, you could turn the valve lever but it did not cut off the cold water feed. This was easily fixed by Lee. Lee responded in good time to my phone message, arrived when promised, did the jobs to my requirements, left the work area tidy. Gave me peace of mind that I was dealing with a good Tradesman whose services I will happily use again.

We chose this company for a boiler conversion, last year, based upon reviews from this site, and had no hesitation in inviting them to quote for our new bathroom installation. Their prices were very competitive. Lee is an experienced and extremely competent professional, who works quickly and efficiently, to a very high standard. He kept us informed throughout the work, and happily offered his advice when asked. The contribution of his recommended, fellow professionals, with regards to the Plastering, Tiling and Electrics, was of an equally high standard. The disruption was always kept to a minimum, and they worked tidily throughout. Always polite and respectful of your home. In October Lee serviced the central heating boiler. We discussed some other work that needed doing and in December he came back to fit a new bath panel and stabilise the bath which had been poorly fitted. He always does an excellent job, always polite and considerate and treats your home with respect. Some remedial tiling was needed before the new bath panel was fitted and he recommended Ramsey Scott who also did an excellent job and who I would also highly recommend.
