James provided an excellent service and made three separate visits to remove the mouse infestation in our garage, including removing damaged articles and cleaning the garage. He was efficient and very well organised and I can recommend his services.

Late one night my flatmate discovered an uninvited guest in her bedroom, screamed the place down & slept in the living room with one eye open. Thank goodness I'm a member of Which? I texted James early the next morning who attended on the same day, listened patiently to us twittering on trying to describe the intruder, reassured us and laid some traps. He was patient and explained what he was going to do and why. He followed his visit by a text to make sure everything was okay and then returned to block up a considerable hole in the kitchen & gas meter cupboard in the bedroom. Having previously used Mr Simpson as a plumber, we also asked him to check out our daughter's flat. A few weeks ago, a dead mouse turned up in the flat. Mr Simpson impressed us as EXTREMELY thorough in his examination of the flat for any new evidence of mice infestation. He carefully examined all possible entrances to the flat and reached the conclusion that there was no current or recent infestation. (A nearby restaurant had recently had a mice problem, and it seemed likely that the mouse had been poisoned during the attempts to clear this.) The flat itself was largely secure, there were no obvious points of entry apart from the kitchen pipework (hard to seal) and Mr Simpson suggested using non-poisonous chemicals to deter any future unwanted visitors. The fee for his visit was very reasonable. We would warmly recommend Mr Simpson to anyone with a problem relating to vermin.
