Really pleased with SW3. Chris was great to deal with – understands what customers need and is easy to reach on WhatsApp. Yes, they’re busy, but whenever I had questions or minor teething issues he responded quickly and got things sorted. Installation was punctual, tidy and professional. One cracked panel on arrival was spotted immediately and replaced without fuss. Nick the electrician was excellent – neat, efficient and knows his stuff. Six months on the system is performing as expected. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend SW3.

SW3 were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The installation of the solar panels was explained to us very clearly, and we were given options regarding the placement of the battery and a full explanation of what to expect on the day of installation. On the installation day, two teams attended—roofers and an electrician. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and removed all rubbish. The electrician also gave us valuable advice on how to use the solar panels and battery, as well as how to operate the app to manage the system. Paul, the owner of the company, was always available and ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, a great job.

Our solar power story: Three years ago we had Sunpower solar panels installed on our house. The panels have Enphase micro inverters which have been fantastic. Yes, they cost more upfront than a string inverter but they have already paid for themselves by generating more electricity. Since then, I have been waiting patiently for Enphase's IQ System Controller to be released in the UK. That adds battery storage with a backup capability. If the grid goes down, the batteries keep us running. Yes, we could have gone with a Tesla Powerwall but the Enphase products - micro inverters + batteries + backup work better together. The installer who put in our panels couldn't help - they didn't have any experience with the IQ System. So I called Enphase for advice. Enphase put me in touch with SW3 Green Energy Services - apparently one of their star installers. I'm so glad they did. Chris listened to what I wanted, made some good suggestions, and gave me a quotation. There was a 3 week wait for an installation slot which wasn't too bad given I had already been waiting 3 years for the product to become available. The kit and the team arrived right on time. By the end of the day I was the proud owner of what Enphase tells me is first IQ System Controller to be installed in the UK. What really impressed me was the quality of the workmanship - the attention to detail. The wiring is a work of art. Beautifully laid out and tidy. I will definitely be using SW3 again to add extra batteries.

Paul and Chris looked after me from the very start and proved knowledgable, dependable and reasonable on costs. Communication was excellent throughout and after sales a particular highlight. Installation was flawless and the team polite, friendly and tidy. My system is working great and the team keep an eye on it to keep it working as well as it was on Day One. Would highly recommend.

From initial contact through to completion and after care, SW3 have provided a faultless service. As a family run business, they really care. Communication was great throughout the process. They responded to any queries/requests promptly and attended appointments when they said they would. Installation was extremely efficient, all done in one day. Nick the roofer and Will the electrician worked efficiently and cleanly throughout the day and Will took great pains to ensure trunking in the house was as unobtrusive as possible. He took time to explain the complicated installation to us so that we understood it and installed the apps on our phones, talking us through how that worked too. This could have been a daunting project for us, but SW3 ensured the process was simple. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I really wasn’t sure about having solar panels fitted. I had heard of the benefits, but it is expensive and a real faff, so when I contacted SW3, I was unsure. I needn’t have worried. Paul took care of all the forms, and although I stored the materials for a couple of days, installation was completed in less than a day. If I had a question (and I did), Paul would always call me straight back with advice on how to communicate with energy companies. Very happy I chose SW3.

I’m really happy with how the Victron system installation turned out. The installer did a fantastic job, everything was finished perfectly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right. They paid attention to the small details and didn’t rush through anything. What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to troubleshoot and make sure everything was set up and working exactly as it should. It gave me a lot of confidence in the system and peace of mind knowing it was done properly. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and takes real pride in their work, I’d highly recommend them.
