We hired Sweep Smart to sweep and check our chimney after moving home. They were very professional and knowledgable, talking us through their findings. The soot was totally managed so everything was left clean.

I had my 2 chimneys inspected and swept for the first time in over 16 years and I found Sweepsmart via Which. I asked for a means to review the job as I was very pleased with the communication before and after and the job itself. Paul is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge to help customers. He even talked himself out of sweeping the 2nd (unused) chimney! He was very careful to keep the place clean, explained what he would do, shared his photos and findings with me and gave me advice on other related matters. I would 100% recommend Sweepsmart for professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and capability.

From the beginning dealing with Smart Sweep was incredibly easy and very professional. They helped me understand the type of service I needed and were able to make a booking for the following week. Paul came to our apartment today to clean and inspect our chimney. He arrived on time, was friendly and very efficient. I was particularly impressed with the care and attention he showed in preparing the room and keeping the noise down to an absolute minimum (which given two of us were working from home that day was much appreciated). After cleaning and inspecting the chimney, Paul gave us a verbal report and a plan for installing our new fireplace. The written report will be sent later today. Paul left with room spotlessly clean and I will be engaging smart Sweep to install our fireplace this summer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our old chimney sweep warned us that there was a block in our chimney and suggested we get a chimney sweep with cameras. Having found Paul from Sweepsmart via a search I was delighted how efficient the appointment booking was. Subsequently, Paul found a severe blockage in the chimney which he managed to clear. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and loves his job. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Sweep Smart arrived on time, were clean and tidy and took photographs, external and internal. The chimney is now clean and ready for another winter. I have a safety certificate to show my long term visitor. I shall certainly use Sweep Smart again and recommend the firm to my neighbours.

Booked Sweepsmart for a new homeowner chimney service and they've been impressive throughout. Friendly customer service who even managed to switch my appointment for an earlier date when I had to rearrange, live tracking to see arrival time on the day, and a very thorough and informative service by Paul, who spent extra time to double check everything was safe. The certificate was sent through the same evening Will definitely be booking in for a sweep with them next year :)

I couldn’t have been happier with the service we had from SweepSmart. Neighbours had warned us that we would have to expect a long wait for an appointment but everything worked smoothly from the discussions with the office right through to payment. There was a problem with one chimney which Tony explained very clearly and we now know what we need to do to solve it. One chimney was very straightforward. The work was done efficiently with no mess left. The last chimney we had asked for an inspection, and we were very much part of the process so we felt completely confident in the findings and recommendation. We will definitely be happy to use SweepSmart again in future.

Communication has been fantastic right from the start when making our appointment through to the chimney sweep arriving with us. Adam was our sweep who was superb. Lovely guy who could not do enough for us, our chimney turned out to be very difficult and it look him a long time, way beyond his day of work. Always excellent service from the Sweepsmart team. Very friendly and professional and efficient. They always leave the place as they find it. Paul fitted my log burning stove originally and I now only use the team when need to have the chimney swept. On this occasion I only booked the day before and Adam fitted me in at such short notice. Much appreciated!
