Very pleased with the service provided by Paul. We recently moved into a new property, and needed to assess the state of the flues. He worked methodically, swiftly and tidily to test the flue with a camera, and swept the chimney for us. Highly recommended.

They came (on time), they saw (same as they did three years ago) they swept and they left very very cleanly. Difficult to say how anything at all could be better.

Paul attended and I was impressed by the attention to detail - after cleaning the chimney, he also hoovered out the contents of the recessed grate (even removing the ash box and hoovering that). Would use again.

Found this trader on the web as I needed a chimney swept at one of my properties. Sweepsmart arrived on time, communication was great before and on arrival and I was kept fully informed. On departure was given sound advice on maintaining the chimney going ahead and have rebooked for my other property in Central London which was a gas fire installed. Paul and is colleague arrived when he said they would. Phoned beforehand with an ETA. Laid dust sheets protecting carpet/furniture etc. Worked very efficiently with no mess. Gave good advice on the chimney and fireplace. I happily recommend him.
