We have used SweepSmart for many years, the booking process is modern, efficient and simple to use and the updates and reminders are really helpful. This is the third occasion we have used Sweepsmart. Adam arrived promptly, having given us advance notice by email and text. He took care to protect the floors and worked very tidily. It's definitely not the old fashioned service I remember from my youth when every surface ended up covered in soot! The process means the room is protected from the soot, and our woodburning stove was left spotless. Adam showed me pictures of the flue and chimney liner so I could see its overall condition. He was happy to recommend the chimney be swept every two years, given its current usage and condition. I am very happy with the service given by Adam and Sweepsmart, and I am sure I will be asking them back for a fourth visit in two years' time.

We had Tony from Sweepsmart in today. He swept our chimney and installed chimney caps. Incredibly professional, super quick and diligent, polite and, to top it off, cleaned up everything afterwards. Also have to say that their response time was phenomenal: emailed them and got a reply almost immediately and they came out just a few days later. Highly recommend!
