No problem booking. Well organised. Arrived at stated time. Very professional. Clean. It is a potentially dirty job but everything was left perfect. We had four chimneys swept. Can recommend most highly.

We have not used our fireplace since we moved in, so this was our first experience of a chimney sweep. The team provided a detailed estimate and a 'what to expect' pack a few days prior to arrival. The team were quick, and left the room spotlessly clean. They took the time to talk me through some remedial action needed, with really useful advice and showed a video and some stills of the smoke draw and interior of the flue. I would definitely use them again. Very positive experience.

This was the second time we have used SweepSmart and I can honestly say they are a brilliant company. The service provided is first class, Adam left the fire place spotless and we had the certificate and supporting photos within minutes of him finishing. I had no idea where to go for a chimney sweep, so I looked around various websites. When I clicked onto Sweepsmart, the auto-responder asked how it could help. I was able to post basic details and soon had full response. Thereafter, the back office was clear at every stage (much relief for that). Paul was on time, concerned not to be blocking any drive entrances, and then did a great job. Top class.

The pre-visit communications and reminders are very helpful, and the payment and issue of the Certificate was painless and done on the spot. We received excellent service from the Sweepsmart. Appointment booking was easy, and the on-the-day tracking of their arrival they provide makes things very time efficient. Having recently moved in, we “inherited” a log burner which we wanted to ensure the chimney was in a good condition before using properly. Adam not only did a great job with the inspection and sweep, he took the time to give us an idiot’s guide on how to use the burner and made a few repairs to the some of the log burner parts. He left the house tidy, with the log burner gleaming (and the glass screen spotless). I highly recommend the team, and intend to continue using their services

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart and I was extremely impressed - from the initial phone call to book an appointment up until paying the invoice. The lady who took my call was extremely friendly and efficient. I received a couple of reminders by text and email about the appointment and a further text this morning giving me a time of arrival. Although I wasn't present whilst the work was done, my partner couldn't speak more highly of Adam and what a good job he carried out - I don't think the chimney or woodburner has ever been so clean!!!! After Adam had left I had an email enclosing the invoice and certificate (with accompanying photographs). Even paying the invoice was extremely straightforward and easy. I will definitely use SweepSmart again and would highly recommend them.
