My third time of using SweepSmart, and once again, very pleased with ease of booking along with work carried out. Professional job. Will certainly book SweepSmart again in future.

The office confirmed and updated from the time of booking. Tony arrived in good time at the property. Very polite and explained the process before ensuring that all areas were fully covered (including any walkways). Carried out a sweep of the chimney (probably the first time since construction) and inspection. A very clean and efficient service was completed. Will definitely be using them again.

Have used Sweepsmart for our annual chimney sweep for the last white a few years. Always very efficient from start to finish. Booking is easy with responsive office staff, 2-3hour time slots are excellent for helping plan your day. Even better is the text on the day to say when they are on the way. On arrival Paul and co always work hard to ensure minimal mess or disruption. Apart from a sparkly clean stove you wouldn’t even know they’ve been in your home! Sound and friendly advice on the efficiency of the stove, no attempt to upsell to earn extra money (I asked about the broken firebrick and was reassured it was fine rather than pushed to replace it). Competitive rates and, if you wish, you’re able to pay there and then to get it off your to-do list. Oh, and invoicing and certification is provided promptly by email so you have the paperwork needed for insurance etc. Top notch as always and thoroughly recommend.

We asked SweepSmart to sweep the chimney for our open fire and the chimney for a our wood burner. They turned up early within the window identified. They were fast and did a quality job on both chimneys. Both were polite and helpful with any questions we had and left the areas clean and tidy. Really happy with the price and the service provided. I had a new homeowner inspection carried out for my fireplace by SweepSmart; including a chimney sweep. The team that attended (Paul and Mason) were very professional and friendly. They arrived promptly and as scheduled. The inspection was carried out in a very clean and tidy manner; and Paul gave great advice on the use of the fireplace with a demo. The booking process was quick and easy; and payment can be made easily by card after the job. Great service and very happy. Looking forward to making use of the fireplace this winter. There's almost nothing here to review - it was one of the most straightforward trade bookings I've experienced. We booked online - very easy - and they turned up in the window they said, with reminders and more detail nearer the date, and then when they were on their way. Job was done very quickly and neatly. I liked the certificate they give you online where you can see a photo of the flue, as well as evidence of the smoke test.

Turned up on time, got set up and started pretty much straight away. Worked quickly and efficiently. Fire was left sparkling clean as was my room. Chatty and friendly - repaired the cement around the pipe. Great service as always. Highly recommended.

The job was done very professionally and with no mess at all. He also advised us when we should have the chimney re-swept.
