As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Friendly and efficient service from booking to tidying up....Safety checks carried out, advice given about the state of our fireplaces, chimneys and lack of carbon monoxide alarms and not a speck of soot left behind! Great to have 'before and after' photographs of the chimneys. Thoroughly recommended!

This is the second year I have used SweepSmart & it couldn't be easier. I was sent a reminder for my annual check, booked the appointment and had reminders telling me when Adam would be coming. On the day of the sweep Adam arrived at the time indicated on the text message and the whole process was both efficient & thorough. He left the place clean and was also polite. The certificate and invoice is then emailed through. I will certainly use them again in the future.

What a fantastic service, way beyond our expectations. Communication was excellent, emails and texts. Cleaned our chimney, four storey building, and then provided a detailed report with photos and comments. Highly recommended. We thought the price was very reasonable and would have happily paid more.

First time using this company and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Booked via WhatsApp, certificate by email, payment via BACS or ApplePay. For someone who prefers things online, this is great but I also know they do things the “old fashioned way” too. Paul arrived on time (and could be tracked), got on with the work without fuss whilst I worked from home, and left without a trace - clean and tidy. Perfect.

Adam from SweepSmart swept our chimney this morning. He arrived on time (having messaged just before to give an exact time) and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite and kept the place very clean while he worked. Thoroughly happy with the job! I had SmartSweep to install my log burner last year and they were outstanding in every aspect of their work. The installation was carried out professionally and was all certified. The follow up service was excellent and I was sent a reminder by them that my chimney was due for cleaning. Booked Sweepsmart for a new homeowner chimney service and they've been impressive throughout. Friendly customer service who even managed to switch my appointment for an earlier date when I had to rearrange, live tracking to see arrival time on the day, and a very thorough and informative service by Paul, who spent extra time to double check everything was safe. The certificate was sent through the same evening Will definitely be booking in for a sweep with them next year :)

Communication has been fantastic right from the start when making our appointment through to the chimney sweep arriving with us. Adam was our sweep who was superb. Lovely guy who could not do enough for us, our chimney turned out to be very difficult and it look him a long time, way beyond his day of work. Always excellent service from the Sweepsmart team. Very friendly and professional and efficient. They always leave the place as they find it. Paul fitted my log burning stove originally and I now only use the team when need to have the chimney swept. On this occasion I only booked the day before and Adam fitted me in at such short notice.
