Had the chimney swept for our log burner. We were kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Very happy with the service, from the carpet rolls laid from the front door to the chimney, to prevent marking our flooring, and the friendliness of the man who carried out the inspection and cleaned the chimney. Gave advice and reassurance throughout, and kept me updated on what was happening. Photos & certificates arrived via email promptly after the visit. Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year.

Had the chimney swept to ensure able to continue to safely use of our open fire. Making a booking was very smooth, then I was kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Wow, is all I can say to these sweeps, from ease of booking them Price was cheapest around, care of my home was outstanding from opening the door and Paul the sweep laying mats down to cover my carpet not just by the fire but throughout, my chimney has NEVER been swept like Paul swept it, and inspected it, even booked another colleague to fit another part I needed. In fact my chimney I would say. is the best it has ever looked , WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN, and cannot recommend them highly enough. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE SWEEPS

SweepSmart's service was excellent. I had a new homeowner inspection which was extremely helpful, efficient and thorough. The chimney was thoroughly swept and cleaned and Tony was very informative and helpful in answering any questions I had about the chimney and how to light the fire for the first time. Great communication both ahead of the visit and afterwards with the photos and documentation. I would highly recommend and will be using SweepSmart's services again.

What a fantastic service, way beyond our expectations. Communication was excellent, emails and texts. Cleaned our chimney, four storey building, and then provided a detailed report with photos and comments. Highly recommended. We thought the price was very reasonable and would have happily paid more.

First time using this company and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Booked via WhatsApp, certificate by email, payment via BACS or ApplePay. For someone who prefers things online, this is great but I also know they do things the “old fashioned way” too. Paul arrived on time (and could be tracked), got on with the work without fuss whilst I worked from home, and left without a trace - clean and tidy. Perfect.

Adam from SweepSmart swept our chimney this morning. He arrived on time (having messaged just before to give an exact time) and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite and kept the place very clean while he worked. Thoroughly happy with the job! I had SmartSweep to install my log burner last year and they were outstanding in every aspect of their work. The installation was carried out professionally and was all certified. The follow up service was excellent and I was sent a reminder by them that my chimney was due for cleaning. This they did today and as usual the job was carried out professionally and without any mess. I can highly recommend SweepSmart as being exceptional.

Professional firm with staff who want to do the right thing. My chimney needed to be cleaned, and I reached out to SweepSmart. They came around promptly to clean the chimney, but identified a bird's nest inside. The environmentally friendly nature of their service meant they would not disturb the nest, as the eggs would still be there. I was amazed that the company follows such great practices, and we rebooked for August as the little eggs would have hatched and the birds would have fled the nest. Tony came along with James, and they cleaned the chimney, left the area very clean, and ensured the birds don’t come back by protecting the chimney with a bird grate. I am very pleased with the service and will only be using them going forward. And prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!!
