We’ve used Paul from Sweet Smart for around 5 years now. He is very thorough, totally reliable and completely helpful with any advice. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

This is the first time we have used sweepsmart and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. The communication regarding the appointment was timely, informative and professional. The communication prior to the appointment, as a reminder, was efficient and welcome. Again on the day of the appointment another message was sent to let us know he was on his way. The job was done very professionally and with no mess at all. He also advised us when we should have the chimney re-swept. In addition the glass front of the burner was cleaned and now looks like new! A professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced service. We could not fault it in any way.

Arrived on time as arranged, a clean and professional service from the dust sheets Adam put down first as he came in. Nothing was too much trouble and Adam gave me some handy tips on maintaining my fire. I am more than happy to recommend Adam and the company he works for.

What a wonderful team Smartsweep are. The online ordering was extremely easy, the communication and reminders by text and email were very useful. Adam arrived on time and was very professional in everything he did, kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. The results were amazing and he left the room absolutely spotless. I commissioned a Chimney Inspection report as I am hoping to have a wood burning stove installed. Tony arrived on time, took care not to create any mess and worked professionally throughout. What I really appreciated was that when he found problems in the flue he took the time to communicate with me and actually show me on the video screen what was going on up the chimney, and discussed what the possible remedies would be. It was a pleasure to deal with someone intelligent who clearly took care in his work and that I felt I could trust. The office staff I dealt with over the phone were also very friendly and professional. My overall impression is that this is an excellent company.

I have used SweepSmart for a number of years. They installed our wood burner about 8 years ago and have serviced and maintained it ever since. The chimney sweeps have all been really efficient and friendly. The booking in process is really easy. Initially they send you a two hour window and then an exact time of arrival on the day. Their annual reminder service is really also very helpful! Would highly recommend Sweepsmart to anyone!

The company carried out an excellent chimney cleaning service. They arrived as scheduled giving advance warning and set up and packed away equipment with the minimum of fuss. They were careful to keep the room clean and tidy and were thorough in doing the job. Very happy to recommend them.

The whole experience was very smooth and professional. Booking, advising arrival time and protecting the room from any stray soot was spot on. Tony came to inspect my chimney and advise about returning my fireplace to use. I was given a day's advance notice of a two hour window in which he would arrive, and then a 15-minute ETA on the day and he arrived on time. He did the inspection within a reasonable time and left the room as clean as he found it. The smoke test machine makes less noise than my hoover. He went through everything he'd found out with me, and then sent me a written report with photos a few hours later the same day. Good service, would recommend.

Have used SweepSmart for quite a few years now and would not change to anyone else. Adam has attended nearly all of them and is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable.
