A fantastic service from SweepSmart. I was kept well informed about the time of my appointment and once Paul arrived he was fast and efficient. He cleaned out the chimney, showing us the brush poking through the chimney stack on the roof. He left the hearth area spotless and used more than adequate protective equipment to prevent any dirt being left in the house. I will definitely be using him again to keep my chimney clear.

Excellent and efficient survey from my initial enquiry to completion of the job. I was sent a reminder of the appointment three days in advance and a text message fifteen minutes before the team arrived. Every care was taken to avoid a mess. Paul and his colleague cleaned and carried out a thorough survey using the latest technology. We were provided with a detailed report and photographs. We have not used our fireplace since we moved in, so this was our first experience of a chimney sweep. The team provided a detailed estimate and a 'what to expect' pack a few days prior to arrival. The team were quick, and left the room spotlessly clean. They took the time to talk me through some remedial action needed, with really useful advice and showed a video and some stills of the smoke draw and interior of the flue. I would definitely use them again. Very positive experience.

I had no idea where to go for a chimney sweep, so I looked around various websites. When I clicked onto Sweepsmart, the auto-responder asked how it could help. I was able to post basic details and soon had full response. Thereafter, the back office was clear at every stage (much relief for that). This is the second time I’ve used Sweepsmart (previously used Mr Cole whose business was taken over by them a few years ago). Excellent, on time, professionally done. The new invoicing system, and inclusion of photos in the certificate, is a great advance.

We had scheduled a chimney sweep for 5 fireplaces in our house - 1 functioning and 4 non-functioning. When Adam arrived he was really fast, polite & tidy with sweeping the functioning fireplace. He then took a look at the other 4 and let me know that there was no soot so no need to sweep them. It was tremendously kind & professional and saved us a lot of money. He also recommended what we should be doing to solve a smoke smell that was coming from the functioning fireplace. On the whole, he was punctual, thorough and incredibly kind & honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We received excellent service from the Sweepsmart. Appointment booking was easy, and the on-the-day tracking of their arrival they provide makes things very time efficient. Having recently moved in, we “inherited” a log burner which we wanted to ensure the chimney was in a good condition before using properly. Adam not only did a great job with the inspection and sweep, he took the time to give us an idiot’s guide on how to use the burner and made a few repairs to the some of the log burner parts. He left the house tidy, with the log burner gleaming (and the glass screen spotless). I highly recommend the team, and intend to continue using their services

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart and I was extremely impressed - from the initial phone call to book an appointment up until paying the invoice. The lady who took my call was extremely friendly and efficient. I received a couple of reminders by text and email about the appointment and a further text this morning giving me a time of arrival. Although I wasn't present whilst the work was done, my partner couldn't speak more highly of Adam and what a good job he carried out - I don't think the chimney or woodburner has ever been so clean!!!! After Adam had left I had an email enclosing the invoice and certificate (with accompanying photographs). Even paying the invoice was extremely straightforward and easy. I will definitely use SweepSmart again and would highly recommend them.
