We have been very impressed by SweepSmart. Communication has been great from the moment we booked. Tony called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He was courteous and tidy and kindly gave us a quick lesson on how best to light and use our woodburner. Would highly recommend.

The chimney sweep arrived promptly and provided the service we required. He was polite and friendly, providing information as required. The appropriate coverings were laid to protect the floors and carpets. A good job completed with photos to explain what he had done. I received a receipt and certificate promptly. Tony from Sweepsmart did a great job of cleaning and surveying our chimney. Communication from initial enquiry to job completion was first class. The job itself was completed on time and without any mess or dust in our lounge. Great Job!

The booking system worked well, although i had a to wait a while for an appt i think this often means they are a business in demand, always a good sign. They gave me lots if alerts about when they would arrive arrived when they said they would, did a very tidy job. No nonsense. Really what you should be able to expect but it is still a surprise when a business is like this. Will definitely ise for my regular chimney sweeping

Firstly getting an appt is very easy and efficient… you are informed all the way they turn up exactly when they say and are polite ( answered my questions very well) stove was swept efficiently and area kept very clean I recommend this company highly

Paul came to clean our chimney today, and assess what work needed doing to install a log burner. Paul was extremely quick and proficient and very willing to give advice on not only the fireplace that was being cleaned but also another fireplace in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend! The price is also very reasonable

Tony and his colleague worked very hard to clear 2 chimney flues that were the possible cause of a damp problem. They explained the procedure throughout the process and kept me informed. It was good to see the images from the camera investigation which was very helpful. The work was carried out in a calm and efficient manner and the rooms were left very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend using this company. Many thanks to all concerned.

Outstanding service and consideration from Tony. absolutely nothing was too much trouble and explained what he was doing at every stage. It made sense for him to carry out the additional work (at our request) to fit a chimney guard. Again this work was also completed on the day.

Faith in the office kept me updated about the booking and Richard was a very knowledgeable chimney sweep and got the two chimneys swept cleanly and efficiently as well as advising on some questions relating to another chimney. Very glad I chose sweepsmart for my chimney. The office team were quick to respond and get me booked in. I received regular reminders about my appointment. Paul was punctual -and very skilled - he knew the issue before he stepped foot in my home. We appreciate the reminder email to book our annual chimney sweep. Booking was straightforward, helped by the very pleasant operator who organised a visit which suited us. Paul arrived at the beginning of the time slot and rolled out his red carpet, literally, to protect our flooring. We then left Paul to his work…..clean, efficient and thorough. Before leaving, Paul answered some queries I had about occasionally smelling soot in the room on a summer’s morning. He did so in an informed way and offered a sensible solution. He also arranged that he would replace a cracked firebrick on his next visit. Exceptional service…..followed up immediately with an email providing a certificate for use with household insurers.

First time using this company, Martin the chimney sweep was helpful and informative, swept our wood burner chimney, it now works like a dream. Very competitively priced. I have never needed a 'sweep' before but I am so glad I found this company. It is run very well and though I was not around for the job, my tenant said it was carried out in a very efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend. It also seems to be very good value.
