This is the second time we have used them. We have a difficult chimney and they get better results than any previous sweeps. Friendly, clean and efficient service which is competively priced.

I called the company & was impressed with the lady taking all the details for one of our rental properties, she arranged everything perfectly. As soon as submitting an enquiry on the automated online booking system, I received an acknowledgement followed shortly thereafter by a 'phone call to confirm the booking. I was sent a reminder two days before the visit, then an actual time slot the evening before. Paul and his colleague arrived bang on time, even though I live right in the centre of London and parking is tricky. Both were very respectful of the space -- careful navigating their bulky kit through the house -- and did an extremely tidy job, with helpful explanations of what they were doing throughout. Paul then went above and beyond by sending a camera up the chimney flue to investigate an issue raised by a neighbour, doing a smoke test and climbing onto the roof to check all was in order. He diagnosed the likely issue right away. I could not recommend SweepSmart and the service that its team provides more highly. Superb!

The company organise an annual reminder to book a service and the follow up is timely & efficient. Keil updated me on the day regarding his arrival time which always helps to know when workmen are arriving.
