Paul from Sweepsmart swept our chimney. It was easy to book an appointment using the online booking form and I was sent confirmation and reminder emails and texts. He was prompt and fast. The job was completed quickly with no mess. I would highly recommend using Sweepsmart.

Had our chimney swept this morning by Adam. We’ve recently moved into a new house which was left in a not so great state. Originally booked a standard chimney clean but there was a nest found. Adam was very honest about what the costs etc would be to have the nest removed and continue with the work which I was happy to do due to having been given all the information there and then. All round great service and will be using sweep smarts services again in the future.

Adam carried out a thorough chimney sweep very professionally and in a polite and calm fashion. He took the time to answer all sorts of questions that I had about my chimney, and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Adam and Chimney Sweep services.

This is the second time we have used SweepSmart. They always arrive within the timeframe they say and are very courteous. The chimney sweep is very thorough, as we didn't have any issues over the last year and I imagine it will be the same again. They are also very clean. No mess at all. I am very happy and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

From booking in right through to the job itself SweepSmart were professional, efficient and a delight to work with. The room and stove were left impeccably clean. For the job they did I also think they were reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again next year.

Finally got around to getting my chimney swept having put it off thinking it would be messy and expensive. I couldn't be more wrong. The booking was done easily on line and the quote given was very reasonable. Adam from SweepSmart arrived on time and quickly put down dust sheets and got to work. When he had finished, not only was the carpet still spotless but I could almost eat my dinner off the grate! Pics taken up the chimney also showed how much soot had been removed. I feel much safer now in putting on the fire - with rising gas prices I think I will be using it much more this winter. Many thanks to Adam and SweepSmart.

We needed our chimney sweeping for the first time and chose SweepSmart because of their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. From the first point of contact, everything has been professional, efficient and friendly. Adam arrived when he said he would, having both emailed and texted before the appointment in plenty of time for me to arrange work. He used lots of groundsheets to protect my floors and furniture but made no mess whatsoever. I now have a certificate and before and after photos. Not only was the chimney swept, but my Carbon Monoxide alarm was checked and the smoke draw was tested. A really excellent, modern service which I will be using again next year and beyond. My first (but not last) time using Sweepsmart. Really impressed. More than happy to recommend them. Good website (clear information). Really quick to respond to my email enquiries (thank you to Faith) and to book a convenient date and time for the sweep/cctv service. It was helpful to be given a 2 hour slot and, on the day, to the be able to track arrival. Tony arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and carried out the sweep service/cctv inspection quietly and efficiently. Dealt with a couple of minor issues and gave helpful advice. Payment straightforward and certificate emailed straightaway. All sorted.

This is the third occasion we have used Sweepsmart. Adam arrived promptly, having given us advance notice by email and text. He took care to protect the floors and worked very tidily. It's definitely not the old fashioned service I remember from my youth when every surface ended up covered in soot! The process means the room is protected from the soot, and our woodburning stove was left spotless. Adam showed me pictures of the flue and chimney liner so I could see its overall condition. He was happy to recommend the chimney be swept every two years, given its current usage and condition. I am very happy with the service given by Adam and Sweepsmart, and I am sure I will be asking them back for a fourth visit in two years' time.

We had Tony from Sweepsmart in today. He swept our chimney and installed chimney caps. Incredibly professional, super quick and diligent, polite and, to top it off, cleaned up everything afterwards. Also have to say that their response time was phenomenal: emailed them and got a reply almost immediately and they came out just a few days later. Highly recommend!

The second time Paul came. He is so helpful and again we had excellent service. This time he replaced the glass and gave good advice. Thank you.

I've been with SweepSmart for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with their service. The team is very professional starting from the receptionist who makes sure all is running smoothly. Adam who came over today was very professional. He prepared his work place carefully making sure all our belonging are treated with care. He explained everything to me. And I was able to see before and after pic of his work which is something new Adam left the place very tidy. I also have been emailed the certificate.

Sweepsmart were excellent throughout the process. From the initial contact they were friendly and efficient, arriving when they said and doing an excellent job. The follow on service has made my solid fuel burner work just as well as when it was newly installed. Chimney sweep service for my wood burning stove. They managed to book me in fairly quickly. Very convenient service, they send instructions on how to prepare, what to expect and a reminder of the appointment. You can even track how far away your chimney sweep is prior to your slot. Payment took about 2 secs online. Adam worked very quickly and efficiently and gave us loads of advice on our stove which has been overheating. I’ll surely be using them next year and would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and affordable service.
